AutoNation Honda Sanford

i would have given a 5 star rating but the vehicle was not detailed. I did not notice at the dealership but when I got home I noticed all the little things. Lots of plastic wrap still in vehicle and fingerprints all over the interior and exterior of car.

Myles is very knowledgeable about his product and answers all our questions. He made as feel comfortable and feel easy on the whole process. He is a good asset for the company.

Lonnie in the service dept. is simply the best! I've been going to Lonnie for years and he is very caring and efficient! The dealership is also a pleasant place to wait.

I have been coming to this dealership ever since AutoNation Honda started here. I am on my third Honda Accord from here. I have all of my service done here and have never been less than completely satisfied with the service, professionalism, and knowledge of those I have worked with on my scheduled maintenance visits. I recently retired and after 18 years, I decided it was time to also retire my Mazda B3000 truck. After researching the new mid-sized trucks, I concluded that the Honda Ridgeline was the only one for me. I didn't need a work truck but I was used to having a truck to haul things when I had a hobby business in Landscape Design in addition to my busy healthcare business. But this is the Covid Era and auto production is exceptionally hampered. New Ridgelines weren't even being sold until 2/2/21. I worked with a Honda dealership in February who told me that they couldn't order my truck; they could only request it and they would keep an eye out for one. I only wanted the Ridgeline RTL-E in Radiant Red with the HPD package and could afford to wait however, I would have waited "...Until the 12th of Never" for that dealership to get one in. Another dealership contacted me through an on-line inquiry I placed. They outright lied to me. I have several letters after my name and I think they must have thought they spelled "STUPID"! AutoNation Honda in Sanford, Fl. also contacted me. They listened to my needs and promptly ordered my Ridgeline according to my specs and didn't even ask for a deposit. It took 5+ months for my truck to be built because of the chip shortage and other Covid-related factors. However, Sales Manager Richard St.Louis and Sales Associate Plus Ryan Kittredge, with a big assist from New Car Sales Manager Bryan Trejos, constantly kept me updated on the build. It was pushed out twice, however I had absolute faith in these guys. They always gave me the straight story in a timely manner. The minute my Ridgeline hit the AutoNation lot, I had 5 photos in my Message folder! We closed a very fair deal in a couple of hours that evening. I absolutely love this truck!!! Richard, Ryan and Bryan treated me like a VIP and have continued to follow-up with me. This is the best dealership I've ever done business with.
