Jose Castrillon - He ignored repeated calls and inquires. Then did not follow through after giving his word. Apparently someone else paid more. Buyer beware. I bought from another dealer.

Easy Buying Experience

My service advisor is the best I have had. There was one guy at the Lexus dealer that was a pout as good. We get our mini van serviced by Joseph El-Khoury. I won?t take it to anyone else.

New Car Purchase In a Different State
I bought this car over the phone in a different state from my primary residence. The staff at the dealership was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. The car was ready for me to pick up on the day they promised. In general they exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the purchase and delivery. And I love the car.

Auto maintenance visit to AutoNation
Timely service and didn't try to push anything. Facility is very clean with access to snacks, coffee/hot chocolate and waiting area with tv/computers.

Service
We had an appointment for recall service that was made a week before. When we arrived we were told we could not be accommodated because they had already taken their quota for that day. It would have been nice to get a phone call saving us the trip.
