I came in to take care of a recall. The service advisor, Kenny, and all of the staff I came in contact with were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The gentleman in the parts department even gave me a detailed explanation of how to apply the touch up paint I purchased. I am favorably impressed with your service and parts departments.

Travis did a great job.

Travis did a great job. This dealer’s service department always does a great job and has been doing it for 13 years. I’m on my third Honda with them.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in need of having their Honda serviced. Juan was my service provider last visit and he did an excellent job of taking care of my vehicle and following up on all details of the visit and condition of it. I would recommend Juan or any of the wonderful service advisors at this Honda. I have never been disappointed in all the years I have been there. This is my second Honda and not only the vehicle is exceptional, but also all of the Honda staff, advisors, and mechanics.

Ridgeline went in for recall service and the replacement of courtesy lights. Job was done completely and on time. Kenny the service advisor was professional and helpful through the process.

I took my Honda Fit for an inspection and maintenance.

I took my Honda Fit for an inspection and maintenance. My car is now running much better. I am very happy with the work done. My only complaint is garbage was left on the floor of my backseat. A quarter stick of butter in it's wrapper was smashed onto the floor with some of the butter on the carpet. Disgusting and unprofessional. I tried to call the dealership to complain but it's impossible to get a real person on the phone.

I spoke with the General Manager who apologized for the debris that was left in my backseat. They assured me that this would not happen again. Because of the quick response to my concerns I've changed my rating to 5 starts.
