Honda Passport Routine Maintenance/Recall Services
Overall service was fine but there were a few issues. One issue was the Service representative did not apply my discounts for pre-paid maintenance and oil changes. I had to bring them up after I reviewed my bill. He did apply them later. The service rep never called me to provide status if my vehicle. After almost 6 hours of no communication, I had to call the service rep to get an update on my vehicle.
