Kenny was outstanding, I was able to get an appointment

Kenny was outstanding, I was able to get an appointment to get my car fixed the day I called. Car was repaired and returned back in a timely fashion, I was kept informed and updated on the status of my vehicle.

My service needs were analyzed quickly, and repaired in a short amount of time. I was especially impressed by the photos they sent to me with explanations about the repairs needed.

This dealership will make offers and then not back up

This dealership will make offers and then not back up what they offer. The GM says that when sales reps speak to customers on the phone they are to say that it is a conditional offer yet I was working with Sergio who contacted me to get me to make a trade twice. He finally got the payments to something I was comfortable with and never said conditional. I go to the dealership and they would not honor it. Stay away from this dealership.

Simply, the Best

After spending a month in talks with 15 Honda dealers in my 100 mi. radius, not only did AutoNation provide the best price, they're communication was fast and straight to the point. Seriously, if you're in Central Florida don't waste your time anywhere else and if you really want the best experience ask for Carlos Fajardo. The. Best.
