Very professional, courteous, and helpful people with a great selection and a really nice facility in Grand Rapids. In particular Laura is a wonderful salesperson who went above and beyond for me.

Tried to purchase a vehicle from them. I had my price I was willing to pay. I told them what it was. They offered the car $3.4K above after working with them. Then a little time after dropped the price $2 K above my price. I did not wanted to go above the price I had in mind, but decided to make another offer of raising my limit $1K if they dropped their price $1K by meeting in the middle. This would have put me $1K over my willing price to make the deal work. They then went up on their price $3.9K I was involved in several car dealerships , TACKY way of doing business.

Buyer beware! This review is for the Commerce location. I recently bought a car from this location and right from the beginning, they were trying to play me. It's a shame that most of you are looking for that one car you've wanted most of your life and they will feed on that, knowing that they don't know half of what's wrong with the vehicles, but they will advertise it based on false or misleading information. I personally looked at the car and had an appraisal done and I could see, based on the repairs it was going to need and what I couldn't see, that they were over pricing the car by $30,000 to $35,000. This is based on NADA and personal experience with older cars. They were not willing to negotiate with me the realistic issues with the car. They only want their money out of it at the cost of suckers like us. Yes, I bought the car with a bitter taste in my mouth because the car is rare and hard to find. So far, I have spent close to $10,000 in repairs that I could do myself, but it will still need another $10,000 to $15,000 in repairs to fix what they don't know or don't tell you about. That doesn't even include a new paint job that it will need!Also, during the buying process, they were to get the convertible top operating and fix the rear window switch which was part of the deal. They did get the top working, but failed to get the rear window switch done, even though they told me it had been fixed. I asked to put the vehicle on a hoist for me and they wouldn't let me do that either. Plus, the fact that the previous owner would sell the car knowing what it needs and not disclosing it and from what I have found since I have had it, this car was sadly neglected and just driven into the ground. Bottom line, be careful what you are looking at and even with an appraisal, things aren't what they seem. Shady business and shady people! Again, the worst car buying experience of my life! Good luck to all of you. Don't let the pictures fool you! Funny! At one point the sales person claimed not to be a mechanic, that's fine. But, if you're going to be in the business of selling classic cars to people with a lot of money involved, you would think that the people in this business would do their homework and be more knowledgeable on what they are selling! If giving no stars was an option in this review, that is where I am.

GR Auto Gallery did a fantastic job selling our 1955 Buick.. They took care of everything, from transporting the car to their showroom, detailing the car, photographing and video taping the car, advertising the vehicle and then selling the car. They paid us promptly (less than 1 week). Great great job!

They transported the vehicle from Gobles, MI to Grand Rapids, MI, detailed the car, photographed and video taped the vehicle, advertised the car around the globe, then sold it in a very timely manner. We received our check in less than 1 week after the car sold. All in all, AWESOME JOB GR Auto Gallery!

I recently purchased a BMW M3 sight unseen from Goran at GR Auto Gallery. The car was exactly as he represented maybe even better. Goran and all the staff are very helpful and easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from them. I think that GR Auto Gallery is very professional and completely trustworthy. Goran is a man of his word and I highly recommend him and GR Auto Gallery.

I started talking on the phone to Laura Moher about a car I saw on the website. She took time for all my calls and we arranged for me to come in and see the 2007 corvette along with a Mustang decked out Rausch stage1 2006 with only 9k on it. I took the day off work and drove 3 hours from Maumee Ohio outside of Toledo Ohio. My experience was great and I drive home in the corvette. Great bunch of people there in GR! Drove 3 hours from Maumee Ohio, took the whole day off work. It was worth it. No pressure to make my mind up. I saw a 2006 Raush stage one mustang that I was interested in also. But I took the vette because it has been what I wished for in the past few years. Laura Moher took her time with me. answered all my questions. hey gave me a respectful amount for my trade in that needed some work. I will be back!
