I met Ken in 2003 when I bought a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The car was like new, with 20,000 miles. I is still a great car, and I gave it to my grand daughter last month. I felt very fortunate when I ran across Ken Cragg, and immediately liked him. He showed me how to determine if a car had been wrecked or repainted. I was impressed with his honestly and the fact that he obviously cared about his cars and his customers. It was also obvious that he was a very nice man and well educated. I decided last month that I wanted a newer car, and the first thing I did was look up Ken on the internet. It was great to see that he still had awfully nice cars at good prices. I went to see him, and bonded with a 2012 Ford Taurus SEL that looked new and was priced thousands below similar cars at other dealers. One of my former students (I am a college professor) runs a large Ford dealership, and couldn't come near Ken's price. I also checked with my bank about a car loan, and they were much higher than Ken hooked me up with (2.99 %) by far. I tell everyone I know about this amazing man and his carefully chosen cars. I also was impressed with the was the paper work was handled, and got everything I need to license the car and get the title changed, even a courtesey inspection. I was impressed that nothing had changed since my first visit in 2003, and enjoyed hanging out with Ken and Kim for for several hours. I love the car, and all my friends are impressed with the car and the deal I got. Thank you Ken. you are truly one of a kind. I fully enjoyed meeting, and doing business with you... Thanks, Robert S. Doing business old school style
I recently purchased a Mustang GT Rouse convertible from Ken Cragg in Belton. A car consultant found the car and did an inspection on site in Belton as I live in Atlanta. Ken worked with him to examine the car, a rare model 2001 with only 17k miles on the clock. With his recomendation, I placed a deposit on the Mustang and flew to Kansas City to check it out and drive it home. This is a family business where quality and integrity still count---not the monthly quota as with a slick big dealership. I'm from KC and I have always liked to do business there. If oyu want personal service and feel your business matters, I highly recomend Cragg. I flew 800 miles to do so and i'm glad I did. This was like going home to see a relative. Give these folks a try. 2004 Chrysler Pacifica (purchased from Cragg 2006)
My husband and I came in with our newborn baby after having spent a few years researching which car was best for us. I knew I wanted a Pacifica. Ken had 3 available, and he sold us a great one; Fully loaded, leather interior...at a great price. The only thing we've ever had to do was to replace the tires. There were some issues with little interior bits like lids on consoles,, but I am completely ELATED by the quality of our used car. It was 2 years old when we bought it, and it is now 11 years old! I refuse to give it up. I do not want to buy another family car! I hope Ken will have another great vehicle for my family when it is time to get another one.

When I first saw what is now my 2013 Subaru Forester on line, I was sure the low mileage must have been an error. I contacted Ken at Cragg's Motors, and he assured me it was not. He was very helpful on the phone, and assured me the car was in excellent condition. After test driving it, I knew it had to be mine. :-) I liked the no-negotiation transaction, and the price was fair and below blue book pricing. I bought it in early March and right away took it to the Subaru dealer for a minor recall that was still covered by warranty. The service manager was amazed at such a car with so little miles on it. He said they looked it all over and could find nothing at all wrong except for a slight tweaking to the alignment. Ken and Kim had definitely represented this vehicle to be in the excellent condition it was. I've had this vehicle since early March and love it so much, I look for reasons to go somewhere so I can drive it. :-) I have already referred an individual to Cragg's Motors, and if I ever need another car, I'll see what he has in stock. Ken and Kim were very knowledgeable, friendly, and nice to do business with. This is the first testimonial I've ever written, so I'm sorry if I've been too wordy!

Great car and New Friends!
After searching for a specific model car for several months, I found one that came very close at Cragg Motors. After visiting briefly via phone, I visited the dealership. The car was VERY nice and it was a pleasure to meet Ken and his wife Kim! They both work hard to buy only quality cars for their lot. They patiently and diligently worked through a couple concerns I had about the car to make me a very satisfied buyer. The buying process was quick and easy. Not only have I found a trustworthy dealer that I will definitely work with on my next car, but I have made new friends. I plan to stop by every once in a while to keep in touch! Great place to buy!
Great experience. Smooth and fast transaction. We had trouble with a large dealership sending our credit app out to several finance companies and Cragg's got us financing on the first try. I would definitely buy from them again.

Great Car!
I live in Phoenix, AZ and my car was recently totaled. When I came home for a 2 week vacation I needed to find a reliable car at a reasonable price, and that's when a family friend recommended Cragg Motors. I went to Cragg Motors and was able to find a 2013 Nissan Altima in excellent condition. Ken was very helpful and assisted in finding a car that would work best for me. I drove the car from Belton, MO to Phoenix, AZ with absolutely no problems! I love my car and I would definitely recommend working with Ken. He runs an honest business and is dedicated to helping his customers find the perfect match for them.

Great buying experience
I'd been looking a long time for a good first-generation MX-5/Miata, to accompany my third generation MX-5. After searching all over the country, I finally found my '92 with Ken in Belton, only 135 miles from my home in Columbia. After driving to Belton in early December to check out the '92 in person, I found it to be exactly as Ken had represented over the phone, and in his 'net ad description. I bought it on the spot, and it's been a great car for a reasonable market price. Because of the pleasant buying experience with Ken and Kim, and the other nice sports cars he had in inventory, I've taken to checking out his website on a frequent basis! I hope we can do business again in the future.

mustang red 2012
They gave me a great deal on a 2012 red Mustang. I flew in from Fort Myers Florida drove the Mustang all the way home no problems. That was 2 years ago. I'm still in love with the car. The deal was great. They treated me great. The next time I need a car I will watch his website for sure. Great people, great car and a great deal. What else can you ask for?
