This was such a nice and peaceful purchase. Everything was as good or better than I thought. I flew in to buy the car with some hesitation and was thrilled with the quality of the car and service. I am thrilled and so is my wife. Thank you Ken.

My son was shopping for a car since he returned from Brazil. We found this Chrysler Crossfire at Cragg Motors on Cars.com. Never heard of this dealer before so I didn't know what to expect going in. Ken was very professional, patient on the phone, answered all my questions ( there were many ) and returned calls promptly. Ken told me he was particular about the cars he put on his lot so he only bought the finest to sell. Well he was right ! Plus everything he told me about the car was correct. This car is amazing ........ Looks almost brand new ..... It does NOT look 10 years old. Was very well kept. My son is ecstatic over the car. Runs fantastic, drives like a dream and was very clean when it was picked up. I'd buy another car from Cragg Motors again for sure and recommend him to anyone. I have two suggestions for improvement. 1. The car did not come with a full tank if gas. Second I flew a friend from Houston to Kansas City to get the car then drive of back to Houston. My friend had to take a taxi from the airport to Cragg Motors ( about 45 minutes ). Ken offered no assistance with this when I asked about having my friend picked up at the airport.

I bought my vehicle from Ken and got pretty a good deal. The price was the lowest that I could find in the market and the car I got was really in excellent shape. I really had such a good experience with Ken, and he is very friendly and hassle free to deal with.

We purchased 2 vehicles from Ken at Cragg. Could not have been more pleased with the experience and will be buying from him again in the future. (Actually purchased once in the past... so 3 vehicles so far.) His service is impeccable and we love the no haggle pricing; his prices are very fair and it makes the whole process so stress free and enjoyable. This business is one of those small business gems where you deal with the owner directly.

My wife and I just bought a Mustang GT Convertible from Ken Cragg, Cragg Motors in Belton MO. I can not say enough good about Ken Cragg and the entire buying experience. He was so honest and personable to deal with. Great Guy, great car, great service and even better deal. We would not hesitate to buy from again. We will recommend him to anyone we can, whenever we can!. Highly impressed.

Looked at lots of cars for the perfect fit. Called Ken re. His listing and traveled to his store for a look. His service by phone and in person were a pleasure to deal with, and the purchase was a home run for me. Ken is a great person to deal with.

My Husband was looking for an almost new used truck. As with most folks, he does not enjoy the "pushy" salesperson. Dealing with Ken is like dealing with a good friend, kind and trustworthy. For in the future vehicle needs we will definitely check with Ken before going anywhere else.

Ken is a very down-to-earth straight shooter, refreshing when working with car dealers. His inventory is all clean, low mileage used cars, so there's definitely value on his lot. He keeps a low overhead with modest facilities, so he has competitive pricing. We bought a commuter car with extremely low miles, and I'm excited to drive to work Monday! We will definitely be back to buy our next cars!!

Just bought a 2012 Nissan Rogue from Cragg Motors last week. I had been admiring the quality of the car selection and the SUPER CLEAN car faxes all week but kept thinking it wouldn't be worth the drive. But I was WRONG! It was well worth the drive and actually, really not all that far thanks to great highways! We drove to Belton on a Thursday and test drove a couple vehicles. Went back on Friday to take the car we selected to our mechanic - it passed with flying colors so we purchased the car Friday afternoon! Quick and Easy! I could have saved myself HOURS if I had gone to Cragg's Motors first!!! Ken is great to work with - not pushy or "slick" like you encounter most places and I truly believe he is a man of honesty and integrity. He's been in this business for many years and his experience shows! His overhead is much lower and he passes the savings on to you! Enjoy your trip to Belton and tell Ken that "Janice with the Rogue" sent you! He might ask you to call him first that you are coming because he is occasionally away from the lot for a few minutes. However, this was never a problem for us. We will use Cragg Motors again!
