We bought a Toyota Avalon 6 months ago. I waited until this time to do a review to see how good it really was down the road. Car was sold as is and it's been an excellent car. No problems during the sale and none after. Son told us about Ken and they had dealins with him before and his wifes famlly prev. experience. I have since refered people to Ken and will continue. Very honest, direct and friendly/helpful. If he doesn't have the car you want, he will look for you also. Love the car and enjoyed the experience of dealing with Ken and his wife and Cragg motors.

HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR A NICE C5 CORVETTE FOR OVER A YEAR,AND I FINALLY FOUND IT AT CRAGG MOTORS IN BELTON MO.THE CAR WAS PRICED (RIGHT)AND THERE WAS NO POINT IN TRYING TO GO LOWER,BECAUSE I DONT BELEIVE I COULD OF RECIEVED A BETTER DEAL NOWHERE IN AMERICA,AND TRUTHFULLY I HAVE BEEN LOOKING EVERYWHERE.KEN AND HIS WIFE WERE HONEST IN REGARDS TO THE CONDITION OF THE CAR,AND NOT TO EXCLUDE IT WAS EVEN BETTER THEN I THOUGHT.HAD TO HAVE THIS ONE WITHOUT DOUBT.CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT.THEY ARE GOOD HONEST PEOPLE AND I WILL RECOMMEND ANY AND EVERYONE THAT IS LOOKING FOR A CAR TO STOP BY CRAGG MOTORS FIRST BEFORE GOING ELSEWHERE.

I just bought a Honda Accord Coupe from Cragg. Both Ken and his wife were great to work with and made the process very easy. They are honest and upfront about their vehicles and won't play games, which I really appreciated! I highly recommend Cragg Motors if you are in the market.

I drove all the way down from Minneapolis to look at a 2014 Mustang Ken had for sale. It was just as desribed on the ad. Price was right, so I purchased the car and have been very happy with the sale. Ken was very helpfull and honest. Would purchase from him again in future if the need arises.

There was no pressure and Ken Cragg was knowledgeable answering all my questions. He takes pride in his selection of vehicles and their quality and I have to admit he has excellent vehicles for the price. The price he quotes is the price of the vehicle and I found it is more than fair in this used car market. I considered Cragg Motors first for my used car purchase due to his high quality inventory with good prices and no pressure. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again in the future.

When my car was totaled I thought that I was in some serious trouble. I figured it was going to take me a long while to find the right dealership with my dream car. Cragg being the first lot I had visited I was reluctant to jump on the first thing I saw. I could not be happier with the decision I made to purchase from Cragg Motors. My 2002 Honda Civic runs like a dream and will bring me many years of owner pleasure! The proprietors were nothing if not the most helpful and honest individuals I had ever met in this industry. I could tell they wanted to get me the best deal and the best ride I could. They even worked with my credit union of choice for me! I will be back when I'm in need of an upgrade. I recently bought a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Cragg Motors. I had been looking for one for about 3 months. They had one that was in excellent condition and low miles for a 2004. Not only do they have great cars, they're not like your typical salesman. They were down to earth, kind and very understanding of my financial situation and were able to get me in the car I had been searching for.

Have had my car for about 2 weeks. Am more than satisfied with it. This is my third car from him and each of the other two have been great cars! Am hoping that this one is too. He hand picks each car and has done a good job on each one that I have bought before. His facility is definitely not fancy so you aren't paying extra for that. I look for a good buy and good product, not a fancy car lot or showroom with a lot of salesmen or other amenities that drive the cost up. Have read other reviews about him that said they were disappointed that they did not get a tank of gas when they picked up their car, but I figured that I saved enough money that I could fill up my car 20 or 30 times and still come out ahead. I had checked around on other cars that were like the one that i bought and they were all at least $3000 more. He has treated me well each time I have worked with him and there is no being held hostage in the "little room" while they check with managers and other people, if you know what I mean. Overall just a good guy to do business with and I am hoping that he gets another car in that my son might be interested in because I will be looking for a car for him soon.

Great experience, I was looking for a vehicle for my daughter that was clean, reliable, and the right color. This dealer had it all. Ken is very experienced and hand picks the cars they buy, so I was confident with buying from them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car.
