Great Buying Experience

Great buying experience. Never pressured to buy and they worked on my time. Christopher and James were awesome to work with. Very upfront. I will be back.

Prestman Auto

This is our second car purchase from Prestmsn Auto. We have love dealing with them. They have been exceptional. Debbie and Dub were great to deal and would recommend them in a second. Chris, was not our favorite salesman and would not recommend him. We wish we wouldn't have had to deal with him at all.

Dissatisfied with the overall experience

The dealership seem purposefully vague compared to other like dealerships when it comes to details of the damage since all their cars have had damage. I took the car to a mechanic to have a closer look since details were so hard to get from Prestman. The car was advertised on the website as having navigation. It even had pictures of it working. It also worked as a test drove the car. Turns out the car does have the capability and with the essential card, it could work. However that isn't the case with my car. When questioned about it I received this, "I asked my tech and they say you'll have to Mazda about that one." Once again, vague and not forthcoming. Even though they tout openness and honesty, they are no different than any other car dealer. Buyer beware, I wanted to like my experience but the deception soured my taste

Bad air conditioning. Lot of Buck Passing

Don't buy a car there during the summer or winter. Couldn't check out the A/C when we bought because it was too cold. Been trying to get fixed but I keep getting transferred from person to person, everybody passes the buck to somebody else and nobody seems to be concerned and the warranty that they sold. Me is barely worth the paper it's printed on. Pleasant buying experience but the add on charges are excessive.

Prestman Auto doesn't honor "quality first" claim.

We purchased a 2015 Lexus RX 450 H from Prestman Auto. At first we were very happy with the car, but after 1500 miles the battery failed. AAA inspected and termed the battery inferior (" auction battery"). We replaced it with a Lexus genuine battery. Lexus puts their brand on batteries in new cars. We purchased this Lexus with only 3900 miles on it. The battery was not a genuine Lexus part. Dub, our salesman, said that all Prestman "branded" vehicles will have genuine "factory parts." Dub told us that Travis, his manager, would call us to take care of the battery. Travis never called even though I called several times over several weeks.

Simply, "Outstanding"

What can I say but "outstanding". My car was purchased for a fair price. But, the true gem in this transaction was from the work of their finance department, working overtime to get me an outstanding rate. Without their dedication to their customer, (and not to themselves, as in so many other facilities), I would not have been nearly as satisfied. My compliments to you, wonderful people of Prestman. You have earned a customer for life.

They made it feel comfortable

Dub and Chris were so helpful when I needed to pick up a new car. They gave me different options to work with to make sure I got into the car I wanted. This isn't the first time i have purchased a car from them. Both times have been a very good experience.

They dont want to sell cars.

Apparently they dont like to sell cars at this dealership. I am literally writing this review on thier lot. I spent 10-15 minutes looking at 2 minivans before I started writing this review. No one has asked me if i needed help, people have walked by but no one has said as much as "hello". So in conclusion, if you would like to be ignored go to Prestman Auto. Which is really too bad because i bought a car from them years ago, before they got the new big lot, and i loved the car, and loved the experience. But now they are too big to be helpful it seems. Long review still no help.

Great service, nice people. Great communications and Thorough on details and follow up. Overall was great and I would definitely recommend them.

No pressure experience.

Our experience with Prestman Auto was phenominal. No pressure experience was very nice and refreshing. Staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Definitely will go back and buy again.
