Be Cautious !! Misrepresentations !!!
Be cautious - I bought a branded auto on line. I was told it was in excellent shape. It was not. It was a $30,000 auto I had to spend over $4000 to get in original shape. Now 6 months old I have another $2500 because the car was improperly wired when it was repaired so it shorted out and took out the cooling fan. None on of this cover by the expensive third party warranty I purchased. In addition it took over 10 calls and emails to get the title. Be Cautious !!!!! Do not believe their representations of an auto.

Buyers Beware
I bought my "dream" minivan (if there is such a thing) from Prestman Auto a little over a year ago. The sales staff was awesome, so good in fact that I bought into their sales pitch that a salvaged title vehicle was not such a scary decision. I believed them when they told me my vehicle had been inspected by them and a third party person. However, I have had NOTHING but issues with my van. 3 months after my purchase, the engine had to be replaced. The service shop had my car for just shy of 1 month. We repeatedly requested a rental car, but was denied. When we picked up our car after a month we met with a manager and expressed our deep disappoint in the vehicle and the process of dealing with the service shop. I momentarily felt a little better about the dealership. We are back at the service shop for the third time in a year. The quick fix on my car, is nearing day two of being in the shop. I have heard no word from the service shop. Through my own tenacity, I got an update. The "take home" of this review....think twice before you buy a salvaged title vehicle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's not worth the savings.

Toyota Tundra
Great experience. Would definitely recommend. Not only do back up their work, they prove it to you if something goes wrong. The truck was a branded title and clearly something was so small that blue star didn't catch it either. But hey, they took care of me. Great experience.

Brad Clark was very helpful. answer all my questions , did all the paperwork as quick as possible to get us in and out. Awesome salesman. In the future if I ever going to purchase another vehicle that's where I'm going.

Lies, nothing but lies
I purchased a 2016 Mazda 3 (25000mi) with a branded title, I asked and was told that the only damage the car had suffered was the front bumper, headlights, grille, and rear bumper. Upon delivery, it was obvious the entire right side had been replaced and the entire car repainted, during the repair the headliner was removed, horribly creased, and put back that way.

WARNINGS
WARNINGS: - Watch the dollars during signing I was interested in this vechile because of everything it came with for the price, but out the door it was $10,000 more, which is the same price I could get a brand new one for and I do have evidence of this!!! - Poor timely service I've had to bring the vehicle back constantly but it takes sometimes 3 weeks to get it in the shop AND even with the warranty you'll still be forking out $200 each time (even if it's for the same issue - IMPACT!!! Know that when you're buying a rebuilt title vehicle, nobody is going to allow you to "trade it in" with them, including Prestman Auto It's extremely harder to get financed, especially re-financed. Devistating personal impact: The vehicle I purchased was made for adventure, and for my honeymoon I took the wife to the off-roading capital of the world. We didn't get to stay one night because the vehicle broke down as soon as we got there. Spent our honeymoon money fixing the Jeep. Asked if the warranty to help compensate for the expenses we incurred, and we have received no response LIES: - 1st off, 3 or 4 people at Prestman Auto told me that on occassion they get vehicles with clean titles and that the one I was buying was a clean title = WRONG! It's a rebuilt title and the vehcile was in a flood! - 2ndly when I comfronted the people at Prestman Auto about the fact that it was a rebuilt title when they told me it was a client title, they said they would make it right = WRONG! I haven't heard a word and that was months ago. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: To follow up: - I've sent emails to the service manager, and for awhile we spoke, but now none of my emails get a reply - I've sent emails to customer service, and have NEVER recieved a response back - If you call any time after hours, the mailbox is full and you can't leave a message - When I've called during business hours, I've been put on hold for nearly 2 hours before giving up

Happy
This is the second car we have purchased from Prestman Auto. The first car lasted over 16 years and would have lasted longer but for an accident. Carlos went well out of his way to get us in the exact car we wanted and helped us with financing. Tracy got us a great interest rate as well. Everyone at the dealership is helpful and friendly. I have nothing but good things to say about this experience, and I will purchase my next car from them as well.

First time buying a branded title car. Was very impressed with Pressman's inventory and pricing. The car looks brand new, the sales staff was knowledgeable without pressuring to buy, and the purchase process was efficient.
