Matt White, the service manager, was communicable with me

Matt White, the service manager, was communicable with me during the process as well as helpful with another issue I was having with my Honda's infotainment system. He took his time helping me close to closing time. The corporate person who was making the decision on whether my repair was a warranty issue, also came to speak with me directly after the evaluation and approval. I appreciated this very much.

There was no pressure to buy!

There was no pressure to buy! They were easy to trade with. They had a good selection to choose from. Dealership was close to my home.

The guys in the Service Department are great.

The guys in the Service Department are great. They replaced my $10,000 Engine at no charge to me. It had a manufacturer defect. Best service guys in the area for sure.

Okay, let's cut to the chase. We've been doing business at Hendrick Honda Easley for 14 years now and we've always had a pretty good experience. I'm a firm believer in buying and servicing at the same dealer. They always stand behind their work and if something is amiss, they correct the problem. You can leave knowing the job is done right. Thanks to Rafael, nothing has changed, and he covered everything needing to be done. Today everything was completed in a very timely manner and Matt helped get my phone reconnected to my system, appreciate it Matt, and all the folks at the service department! I've dealt with Hendrick for at least eight years. The dealership has been exceptional, both the sales department and the service department. Abigail Mason was the sales rep, and she has been wonderful from start to finish.

Rafael, my service rep was great as usual. Oil change was handled quickly and car was ready for me when it was promised. No problems, no drama. Will return for other services or repairs. All my services have a been handled well by this dealership.
