I took my 24 Honda Pilot in for a factory recall.

I took my 24 Honda Pilot in for a factory recall. I also asked them about a problem I am noticing about the gas pedal. When you press on the accelerator, it has a dead spot initially. This often causes an uneven acceleration. I was told this was the nature of the 24 Pilot. I was told I could bring it back in if this continued to be a problem. This has been a prinlem since it was new. This needs to be repaired by Honda.

I had a great experience.

I had a great experience. Todd Gamble reached out with a video of the car I was interested in online, which I greatly appreciated. I was not from Easley and he made the process seamless for me. He was informative, friendly and helpful without being overbearing like I have experienced at other car dealerships. He kept following up with me to ensure my questions were answered, came in on his day off and called after my purchase to make sure I was still satisfied! Extremely helpful salesman and knows what he is doing, definitely recommend working with him.
