Great customer service. I didn?t have an appointment but my car was still serviced in a timely manner. Talked to me and text me concerning what service my car needed.

My car had some big problems which were (hopefully)

My car had some big problems which were (hopefully) fixed. While working on my car, the mechanic broke the oil pan (no doubt it was quite old), but they replaced it with a new one at no cost. That was the right thing to do. However, it?s hard to believe they charged me almost $200 for four spark plugs. That was for the parts alone. They were nice, and professional but I wouldn?t recommend only because I feel like they charge too much.

Kendall J was wonderful.... knowledgeable, friendly, efficient. The waiting area was comfortable, clean and offered refreshments. My car was repaired in a minimal amount of time.

My low tire pressure light came on.

My low tire pressure light came on. I was able to get my car serviced the next day. I did have to get a new tire but the rest of them were fine. I purchased the tire package with my vehicle which has came in handy because I have needed three new tires and one plugged. I didn?t have to pay for any of them.
