Dominic Gibbs is outstanding!

Dominic Gibbs is outstanding! I had been to another dealership and was told they could not get the SUV I wanted. Tried to sell me the one I didn?t want. Met Dominic in the parking lot and he had the SUV I wanted in a few days! Barrett was also exceptional. Excellent experience with your dealership. Appreciate Dominic going above and beyond.

We were very happy with the entire process, but did not

We were very happy with the entire process, but did not receive a second fob yet. Waiting to get this. We did not know about there not being a second fob available until the purchase was completed

Very nice place.

Very nice place. I am a loyalty customer. Austin and Jeff very helpful. I always do business with this dealership. This is my fourth CRV.

It was a good experience as usual.

It was a good experience as usual. I will continue to use them for maintenance needs. However, I would like to see more comfortable chairs in the waiting room.

Purchased my vehicle from Hendrick several years ago.

Purchased my vehicle from Hendrick several years ago. I continue to take my vehicle there for service. My most recent service (3/25), I had a new service agent and he was really terrific. Despite being new to Hendrick, he had prior experience at another Honda dealership and it showed. Very nice, great customer service!

Austin was great, informative and polite. He took the time to send me videos of the vehicle I was interested in before I come to the Honda. Which helped with my decision!
