Hendrick Honda staff provided a "no pressure" car buying

Hendrick Honda staff provided a "no pressure" car buying experience. I would go back again. I had spoken with a couple who had purchased their Hondas from Hendricks and they too were pleased with the service of the salesperson they dealt with. Since it is typically a large purchase it is important to feel comfortable with the sales staff involved. Rome was great. Thank you!

Very courteous staff that preformed my routine

Very courteous staff that preformed my routine maintenance in a timely manner. They also fixed a loose door latch at no charge. I will continue working with them.

Service was performed as planned.

Service was performed as planned. Service Rep provided a courtesy car. The loaner was filthy and out of gas. The fender of my car was scratched from the tech leaning on the car during the repair.
