Great all around dealer
We bought and serviced our odyssey at Hendrick. It's been 3 years since our purchase and we use Hendrick for all our service needs. They are a top tier dealer. A hands on sales manager who cares. Sales people who care and finally a service department that really cares about your overall satisfaction. Amanda handled our latest service with poise and a smile on her face the entire time. Great customer service
My car had major issues which was unexpected during my trip to Greenville. Glad I chose Hendrick Honda of Easley. Jamie Sweet, Service Advisor made sure all were addressed and fixed and also gave me discounts to all possible services to lessen my burden. Definitely will recommend this service center.

Amanda McDaniel assisted me with my service and she was very polite and pleasant. I had to wait a while because the machine was not working but she compensated me for my time. I work retail so I know things happen that u can't control but I did not mind because she keep me informed on the wait. I purchased my car there 3 yrs ago and have had it serviced there since . It has always been a pleasant experience. I drive from Gray Court because of that.
