My 2014 Honda Accord service
Jamie Swim was the Hendrick employee I entrusted my Honda to and he done an outstanding job. I ask him about oil service stickers and he made sure I had one put on my car. I walked around some while waiting and alI seen were smiling faces. It was a very nice atmosphere there.

This is the second car i've bought from Hendrick Honda in Easley. R.P. White was my salesman and i felt he was very straight forward in trying to get a deal done. There was no hassle or pressure in being pushed to purchase a particular brand of vehicle. The process was simple which is what i like and i'm confident i got a great deal! i will definately go back to Hendrick Honda for my next vehicle.

Great purchase experience
I had Fallon Lore as my sales person when I came in to look for prices on a new car. She helped me test drive two vehicles I was interested in, which narrowed it down to one vehicle due to size. She was very helpful, personable and easy to work with, making the car buying experience slightly easier!

Totally professional
Rodney Shirley was outstanding as always with our two cars services today. Jeremy and Bill are truly superb with the service and repair work that they do. Tim is fantastic with the parts department. Amanda has always been top notch as well. Great experience every visit with Hendrick Honda!!!!!!!!!

Great Buying Experience
Friends highly recommended Hendrick Honda Easley, and our local mechanic said he only heard good things about this dealership. We certainly agree with them now that we recently bought from Hendrick Honda our certified, pre-owned CRV, Everyone we met there was very courteous, and the sales representative Renato Jannuzzi was very thoughtful and patiently helped us find just the car we needed. We are thoroughly pleased with the car and the whole buying experience and expect the same excellent service in the future.

HIS INTEREST IS FAR BEYOND "SELLING" OPTIONS FOR SERVICE, BUT FOCUSES ON RESOLVING THE ISSUES THAT CAUSE US TO BRING OUR VEHICLE TO THIS DEALERSHIP. HE ALWAYS GREETS US WITH A SMILE AND WE FEEL SECURE IN HIS ADVICE CONCERNING THE SERVICE AND REPAIR OF OUR VEHICLE. Not to Be Trusted -SOLD ME A DEMO AS A NEW CAR!!
I bought a new 2015 Honda Touring Edition,from a distance, based on price, and traded my used 2010. Everything was done sight unseen. I prepared my trade which had newer tires, recent detailing, expensive floor mats, and it was overall in excellent condition. The car which was sent to me, while meeting all of my general specifications, was a dirty DEMO MODEL and had almost 900 miles on it when it was delivered. The driver knew nothing about the car and even the mileage was not displayed because the driver did not know how to display it (everything is electronic). The car was essentially USED as a demo, not new and I am convinced that this was a misrepresentation as I was expecting NOT A DEMO but a new vehicle!! I complained to the dealer and to Honda of America, but have received no satisfaction. (The dealer agreed to pay to have the car washed) NO ONE WOULD EXTEND THE WARRANTY by 900 miles!! Honda of America supports its dealers - not its customers. They simply did not care. I discussed this with a number of friends who had bought new cars and their vehicle had 5 miles or so on them. When I researched further into this, I found that my car had its pre-inspection almost SIX MONTHS earlier than when it was delivered to me. So, it was clear it was a demo. I had been a Honda customer since 1981 but I feel that I was misrepresented and left in the cold by this dealer. I requested an extension of the warranty and only one hour of technical advice as the car has extensive electronics, but neither the dealer nor Honda would help. This is the last HONDA I will ever buy!!

Oil change service for my HONDA 2012 !!
I was being helped by Thomas. He did a fabulous job by assisting me with my car related queries and problems. I would always recommended Hendrick HONDA for buying cars and having any service related problems of your car. Although, next time please try to change oil faster, it will make me happy. Over all excellent price, service and easy process. Keep it up guys.Thanks for your time and support.
