Excellent service!!

I came to Hendrick Honda of Easley to get my oil changed and to look at the Odyssey's. I met Edward Rongione (Sales Professional) and told him what I was looking for. He never tried to show me anything different or change my mind (like other dealerships do) on what I wanted, he was very professional and worked hard at getting me exactly what I wanted. Always a bad apple on the tree.....

Poor customer handling.... Unable to reach business manager, even he left his cell number. Very scary when people like Brian handling your financing.... Poor, poor, poor service... And this is not the all dealership, just bad apple... As always.... After getting home started looking at paperwork what was signed at dealership and found things what was completely apposite what was discussed... Try to reach guy for 3 days, no luck. End up going back to place to be able to solve problem, but now since paperwork went to financial company have to wait 2 weeks to cancel some staff.... We will see if that will be cancelled in two weeks..... Not recommended.....

The best dealership

My salesman was Brad and he was awesome. In 2007 I purchased my first new car and even back then I received excellent service. Brad was able to help me find what I was looking for and he also helped me figure out a payment plan that would fit into my budget. I would definitely recommend this dealership to whomever is looking for car.

GOT A GOOD DEAL!!

I HAD BEEN SHOPPING AROUND FOR A GOOD DEAL ON A 2014 CRV. FOUND ONE IN TENNESSEE. IM IN SOUTH CAROLINA. MY HUSBAND TALKED TO THE FINANCE GUY THERE AND HE QUOTED $2000 BELOW ASKING, BUT I REALLY DIDNT LIKE THE COLOR. WE WERE GOING TO GO AND GET IT ANYWAY. I LOOKED ONLINE AND FOUND THE SAME CAR, BUT THE COLOR THAT I REALLY WANTED. MY HUSBAND CALLED THEM UP, HE TALKED TO THE FINANCE MANAGER JOEY. REALLY COOL GUY!! JOEY SAID IF YOUR REALLY SERIOUS ABOUT BUYING, HE'D MATCH THE PRICE OF THE ONE IN TENNESSEE. HE DID AND HE THREW IN FREE ALL WEATHER FLOOR MATS. I WORKED WITH THE SALESMAN RICH HE WAS REALLY GOOD AS WELL. THEY GAVE ME A GOOD DEAL ON MY TRADE IN AS WELL. OVER ALL I HAD AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WITH HENDRICK HONDA EASELY!!

Great service from Roy

I had a bad paint job and Roy fought for me and got my door and roof painted . The paint should of never started coming off but it did and no one was going to help me. Roy got the job done. Thanks Roy! I just really hope the rest if the car does ok. If not, sure Roy will help me out! Kelli Blackstock

The happiest owner of a 2014 Honda Accord Sport

My sales lady was Marlene. We spoke on the phone and text each other for almost a month. I wanted a white 2013 sport, but someone purchased it before me. Marlene assured me she could get me approved for a 2014. I told her I wanted a white one, once again she told me she would get me whatever color I wanted. And I am proud too say, she did. I told her I would be in on that Saturday. She text me on that Friday saying she has my car for me. I am proud too say I love my 2014 White Honda Accord Sport. Thanks again Marlene.

Lied to and left down!

My husband and I were shopping for a Chrysler 200. We came up one at this dealer and called to make sure it fit everything that I was looking for in the 200. We called with all of our questions and felt we had enough information to decide to call the dealer and make sure that the features were there. My husband explained that we would be driving 3 miles to purchase this car pending it living up to the hype that these people put on it. We were sadly mistaken. The car has exterior blemishes and did not have one of the deciding features that we were told it had. My husband had to drive another 4 or so hours to another dealer. Hendrick never once offered to help with the gas that we lost by driving because of their lies. It felt like it was a "well bump you situation", once they saw we were not happy. I WOULD NOT USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT!!!!!!

The Best Honda Dealership

I wouldn't even consider taking my Honda Accord to a dealership other Honda Hendrick Easley. Appointments are easily made and service is completed within the time frame they service indicates. The atmosphere is friendly and the communication between customer and service well defines any needs required at the time. The technicians that work on your car are highly skilled and make you aware of any maintenance requirements before they begin their work. Emily Orr was the technician that provided the service for my automobile on June 16. She was very efficient and very skilled. When I drive my car out of Hendrick's I know I can depend on having a car with outstanding performance.
