Great experience

Chris Frazier and the service team and Hendrick Honda of Easley were so helpful and efficient. I called the day before and was able to get a scheduled time that worked for me and as soon as I got there Chris greeted me with a smile and helped me get in and out as quick as possible. Extremely glad I picked Honda of Easley and will definitely be making my service visits to Chris Frazier and the team over there in Easley.

New tires

Amanda McDaniel went above and beyond her duties when my car was not ready when it should have been. The paper work was not filled out correctly by the person that checked us in. She took care of us and loaned us a car so we could get to my husband's doctor appointment. She made sure everything was done and complete when we came back to pick up my car.

Great customer service

Cleo Brown is very knowledgeable. He is great to work with. I would recommend you ask for Cleo. I’ve bought two Hondas using Cleo. Great service. Very good atmosphere.

Badass Service

Chris Frazier did a badass job servicing my car for me. The wait wasn't bad, he made me feel right at home even though it was my first time. This guy even went through the trouble of finding me coupons just so I could save a little bit. All in all, the service was really badass.

David is a Pro!

We were visiting from out of town when our van died. I looked at local reviews & noticed this dealership is highly regarded so we went there 1st. David, recognizing our precarious situation, did not take advantage of us. He was kind, patient & understanding. There was NO PRESSURE to buy more than we could afford or needed. David made the whole experience very positive! Even though we live 1000 miles away, when it is time to buy another vehicle, I will be giving this dealership a call!
