I would recommend Hendrick Honda to anyone in the market for a new car. I worked with Jeffery Bishop. He was very respectful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would recommend Jeffery to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

Jerome Truhn Made My First Car Buying Experience a Dream!

I did my research before ever stepping foot onto the lot so I went in knowing exactly what I wanted to see. Jerome (Rome) went out of his way to find the car I was interested in seeing - it wasn't even on the lot yet! He retrieved it, answered my questions, and we took a test drive. What I really appreciated was that Rome NEVER tried to talk me into seeing any other cars. I told him my desired monthly payments and after evaluating my current car as a trade, he did his best to make it happen. Even once I mentioned seeing something on another lot he didn't push me. Needless to say, I was back about an hour later, ready to sign my life away. As I told Rome - "you're really good at your job - you actually make me trust you and you're NEVER supposed to trust car salesmen!" Alas, I did, and DO, trust him. I would return time and time again to work with him. Because my car wasn't even on the lot yet I thought it would be awhile before I could pick it up. We didn't finish the paperwork until an hour after closing, so I thought it would be a few days. Nope! Monday morning he put my car into the shop first to have it cleared and then he had it detailed for me. I was able to pick it up before end of day Monday. I'm rambling but really - this was the first car I've ever bought without my parents and every minute of it was smooth and easy. I'll definitely come here again! I also worked with Gio during my pick-up and he was more than willing to answer my questions. He ALSO had me follow him to the gas station because the car hadn't been filled up before I got there. Service with a smile!

Rodney Shirley gives honest and dependable recommendations regarding the services my Honda needs to have done. I drive approximately 30 miles each way to visit Hendrick Honda of Easley. Great Experience

We leased a new car and traded in our old leased car and the whole process was seamless. Edward Rongione was our Salesperson and he was great as usual. We'll be coming back to Ed and Hendrick Honda of Easley again just like we have been doing for the past 10 years!

Greatest car buying experience we ever had!

We were recommended to Hendricks Honda from USAA. After getting a notice from USAA, we were quickly notified by Cleo Brown about our interest in purchasing a new Honda Pilot. We set an appointment and met Mr. Brown the next day. He was friendly, courteous and gave us information and answered all our questions without any “sales pressure or wheeling dealing” that we have been use to in all our other car buying experiences. We wanted an all wheel drive for the mountains in grey that they did not have in stock. Cleo checked inventory from another Hendricks dealer and said he would have one in two days and have a trailer hitch put on. Since we traded in our Honda Ridgeline with 324000 miles on it, they let us use another Pilot with FWD till ours came in. I’m sold on Honda, sold on Hendricks and sold on Cleo Brown. When we went to pick up the vehicle and did the paperwork with Ben Fain in finance, he was efficient, thorough and courteous. Hendricks Honda of Easley sets the bar high and follows through.

Best car buying experience yet

I had been on the market for a used car for a few days and the first dealerships I went to were awful experiences. After I tell them my price range and what I'm looking for, they would bring our cars well outside my price range. I understand upselling and bring a car maybe $1k or $2k over your range but $7k over is a little much. And then I'd be pressured into buying that car that I didn't even want or could afford. When I went to Hendricks, I already looked at the online inventory and just chose 4 cars I wanted to look at. I came in an hour before close with the intention of just looking. I was paired with Rome and showed him my selections. He informed me 2 were gone already and took me to the other two. I test drove one and fell in love. Not once did he try to bring me another car I couldn't afford or pressure me into making a purchase. Rome was able to answer all my questions about the car. I decided to buy it that night. Even with only 40 minutes before closed, I was never given any bad attitude, and I was never rushed. He was still very friendly as well as Ben who helped me seal the deal. When I was leaving, Rome let me know he tried to take it to the wash bay but they were closed but I could bring it in the following day for a complimentary cleaning. I had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car!
