Awesome service!

Excellent customer service! I would highly recommend Ken Garff Honda for any repair needs! The Honda AdvantageCare definitely helps maintain my car in good condition by spotting problems that I would have otherwise waited too long to fix.

Recall but not Rejected

Nick Rodin was by far the best service advisor that I have ever dealt with. I would work with him again. I liked his professionalism and his attention to detail. He was happy to help even just on the recall and gave an accurate timeframe as to when it would be done.

Done quickly and efficiently always good experienc

Always impressed by how organized and efficient everything is. They really have it down. Appreciate attention to detail and if I have to wait at all amenities are great.

Great valet service!

What a great experience! They picked my car up at my workplace, took it for the scheduled service, kept me updated about progress, and returned it to my workplace clean and vacuumed. Best service experience ever - thanks Nick and Exiquio!

Best Experience Ever!

This was by far the best service experience at a dealership I’ve ever had! The video of the used car inspection was fantastic and gave me a bird’s eye view of what the mechanic was seeing. My Service Advisor was quick to text me information, and quick to respond to my inquiries. My car won’t be serviced anywhere else!

Did the service as asked. Pointed out service recommendations but did not pressure to me to have them at that time which I appreciated. Service advisor was helpful and friendly. Tech was precise in helpful in service video.

Helpful and friendly

Helpful and friendly. Patient with all my questions and indecision. I came in over three days and tried a couple different cars. I feel like I ended up with one that works well for me.
