No runaround, no hidden fees, no nonsense
I’ve been shopping for months and been to over a dozen dealers. I’ve encountered every type of bogus dealer fee from tire insurance to $500 etched glass to $500 doc fees to fees for $350 Covid cleaning to $409 strobe brake lights that I didn’t ask for. I walked away from all of them - irritated at the games. Then I found a car at Ken Garff Honda and called to ask about dealer fees. Answer: the lowest price doc fees I’ve seen and nothing else. I could hardly believe it. I was so impressed with my Ken Garff buying experience. Admittedly they had the perfect car for me too, and that also made it easy, but there wasn’t a moment in the buying process when I felt like I was being had, and that was the first time in many experiences where I didn’t get that impression. I would gladly refer anyone to them. I’d go back there any time.

Obnoxious texting
Great job on the service but then they wake me up in the morning with a text asking me to take this survey. This after already texting me the the day they did the service work. Now I have to waste my tine calling them to ask them not to text me again as there is no opt out link.
