Easier to deal with than cars.com review site....

Very quick without the numbers game... Up front with all associated cost. Called and the vehicle was waiting outside for me to test drive when I arived

He was professional and courteous.

We’ve always had a good experience here from buying our car from Brandon Crapo to having it serviced. Nick was our service writer for an oil change today.He was professional and courteous.

Bought a new Honda CRV

Ron was helpful getting me into a vehicle I was comfortable with and fit my needs. They worked within my budget and worked out financing for me. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I love my new CRV

New car purchase

David Reyes was excellent, he helped us download our phones and set up and explain apple car play. He took time for a test drive and explained all options , I was impressed with his patience and kindness

No runaround, no hidden fees, no nonsense

I’ve been shopping for months and been to over a dozen dealers. I’ve encountered every type of bogus dealer fee from tire insurance to $500 etched glass to $500 doc fees to fees for $350 Covid cleaning to $409 strobe brake lights that I didn’t ask for. I walked away from all of them - irritated at the games. Then I found a car at Ken Garff Honda and called to ask about dealer fees. Answer: the lowest price doc fees I’ve seen and nothing else. I could hardly believe it. I was so impressed with my Ken Garff buying experience. Admittedly they had the perfect car for me too, and that also made it easy, but there wasn’t a moment in the buying process when I felt like I was being had, and that was the first time in many experiences where I didn’t get that impression. I would gladly refer anyone to them. I’d go back there any time.

Obnoxious texting

Great job on the service but then they wake me up in the morning with a text asking me to take this survey. This after already texting me the the day they did the service work. Now I have to waste my tine calling them to ask them not to text me again as there is no opt out link.
