Ken Garff Honda Downtown is the absolute best!

Ken Garff Honda Downtown has the best service department ever and I refuse to go anywhere else. If you want your Honda to run great for as long as possible, you want an official Honda job with official Honda parts. I have a 2007 Accord E-XL and my car runs like it is brand new. I have taken it to Ken Garff Honda for every repair since I bought it in 2009. I have never had an issue with any repair and the people are amazing. The facilities are extremely comfortable also.

Great Dealer

Wonderful experience at Ken Garff Honda. All were kind, caring and concerned I got treated with dignity. Got help setting up new cell phone using Bluetooth. Body shop was fair in price, excellent work.

Great Price and Great process

I recently made an on line purchase of a used car from Ken Garff Honda with the help of Brandon Crapo. The process was about as easy as buying an appliance. I was able to review the car from the very thorough pictures of the actual car I was interested in and review the free car fax. Once I decided it was the car I wanted and the great price, Brandon facilitated a really smooth transaction helped me with the payment process and arranged for it to be shipped to CO. the car arrived in perfect shape and was exactly as described on the website. I would recommend these guys to anyone and will definitely look to them for my next car. Thanks again for making this a great experience.

The BEST experience!

I am not in the frequent car buying business. I had a car that I drove forever. So, shopping for a car is something I'm not used to. My husband thought we should get a Honda, and I fell totally in love with a 2013 Honda Accord. Beautiful car. Bryan Tolman was our salesman. He was easy-going and not pushy, which is a MUST for me. As soon as I feel any pressure, I leave- which is what I did at several other dealerships that day. Bryan worked with finance to make sure that we got the best interest rate on our loan and was very thorough with our paperwork and explaining the car and its features to me. He knew what he was talking about. We had a situation with the vehicle's Bluetooth feature, which we didn't realize until the next day. It was late at the dealership when we bought the car, and he told us to bring it by the next day to figure it out. It happened to be something with the car itself. I thought I was stuck, and had just purchased a car that was broken and "as is" and I was devastated. I'm not sure who worked behind the scenes, but the Blue tooth function was fixed at no cost to me and I am a happy customer. I was treated so great by the service department, my salesman, and everyone that I came into contact with. When I picked up my vehicle, they even had a tech help me pair my phone and make sure everything worked. I will ABSOLUTELY refer my friends and family to this dealership. I LOVE my car!

Great people, great process, great dealership!

Yesterday, I bought five cars from Ken Garff Honda Downtown. Mike Coleman was my salesperson and his low pressure, calm, and helpful demeanor convinced be to buy the fifth. From there, I went through the finance process with Dave Strong. Dave arranged financing for all of the cars through Honda Financial and was also very helpful. I spent less than two hours total from start to finish. Two great guys are working at a great dealership. I couldn't be happier, and I couldn't recommend them more! Thanks guys! Wonderful Experience

Eddie Jeppson was the most knowledgeable salesman I have worked with. I shopped around many dealerships and he is the only one who could answer my questions. All the other salesman didn't even know basic information about each vehicle. I did extensive research on my vehicle and he showed me things I didn't even know my vehicle had with all of my research. He made me feel like I was an important customer and he wanted me to feel comfortable with my purchase. I had a great experience.

Great Staff, honest managers, and low pressure!

Great Staff! Clean Building! Free Drinks! And managers that are willing to bed over backwards! So much better than LHM. I will be back for life!

Great low pressure experience!

Jon Barney was our salesman and he was great to work with. We came in looking at the new HR-V and were very surprised to see how much knowledge Jon had to offer. He was very friendly and knew his stuff. No pressure on anything and I would recommend asking for him when purchasing a vehicle!

Had a great experience with Ken Garff Honda Downtown and salesman, Eddie. He went above and beyond, was informative, experienced, listened to criteria of vehicle including functioning, mileage, and price range. He personally delivered the vehicle beyond normal business parameters and met all detailing requests. He was a very likeable individual, was very responsive, no pressure, and satisfying. Highly recommend!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

From our first test drive to the delivery of our new Honda, Kris Vreeken our sales consultant was exceptional in helping us select, purchase and learn about our new CR-V EX. Kris was very friendly, informative and never pushy. He and the rest of the staff accommodated our conflicting work schedules and we really appreciate how Kris helped us not only in selecting our new Honda but in the closing and delivery as well. We feel like we were treated like friends and not just customers and are confident that this relationship will continue when we get our Honda serviced or if we just have questions or need help or information.
