Wanted payment for warranty work.

Took my truck in for warranty work. Got a call from warranty department saying it might not be covered and I would owe $385.00. I bought the truck at another dealership, but had issues getting the work done there as well. Went to D&D on the recommendation of a friend. The man from D&D was never able to explain to me why warranty work might not be covered at their dealership even though my truck had full warranty when purchased. Truck still not repaired four months after purchase.

Service and Repair

D&D Ford took excellent car of me and my 2011 Ford Escape. They researched the issue and were able to make the repair that my local dealership in Fairfax, VA diagnosed incorrectly. I am grateful for Jonathan and the team at D&D for their assistance!

UNDERWHELMED

While working in Greenville from out of town car broke down. Power train on 2011 Flex shot. Several phone messages left for service providers not returned. Could not seem to give any time estimate for repairs despite this being a common problem with this vehicle. MUCH better service at my local dealership. Unnecessarily difficult.

Replace driver's side mirror

The whole process was so easy, from ordering the part, scheduling the repair, and having the work done. Everyone was courteous and helpful.

New F150 2017 love this truck!

Dannie and gsm were great! Worked with us and did not give up finding us the perfect truck at a great price! Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Great job guys!
