Best Service EVER!!!

My car was involved in an accident with a deer and the collision department help me get it fixed! They were so helpful. They even hade sure I had a ride to and from the shop! Thanks D & B Ford of Greer, SC for fixing my truck.

refused test drive in a car

D&D motors had the only manual transmission mustang in the immediate area. We attempted to test drive the car to see if it was an option for us in our search for a new car. We were told in no uncertain terms that we could not test drive the car. Imagine our surprise since we had purchased a car from them several years ago with no issue. Expecting someone to purchase a car without a test drive to see if the car is even something they want is ludicrous. I guess we will just have to drive to charlotte for that test drive and potential purchase. Stay away from this dealership they don't want you business.

The best service representative

Of the Ford dealership service departments that I have encountered, D&D rates among the best. This is principally because of the efforts of Damien who is a great service representstive In the past he assisted me in acquiring new wipers blades for my vehicle when the replacement blades were defective. He came and sat in my vehicle to make sure the service was correct. Recently, he also assisted me in acquiring tires at a very competive. price. In our meetings he has been friendly and helpful and I actually like going to the dealership for service because of him.

Parts and Service= No service

Set up a service appointment by phone. The lady that set the appointment was very friendly. Received a call from the parts department suggesting I take my car somewhere else because they prefer not to work on this repair. (a factory installed DVD system in Ford Explorer)

Great experience buying new F-150!

This was the easiest car purchasing process I have been through. I met with Brandon Payne who was friendly and helpful. There was no pressure and I never felt like I was getting tricked or treated like I was a fool which has been my experience at other dealerships. Brandon Payne was nothing but professional and helpful. The offer was just like we talked about and the process was very smooth. I would definitely recommend D&D to my friends and I will go there first when it comes time for me to buy another car.

New mustang

Brandon Payne made our buying process so smooth and easy. He helped answer all of our questions and even got me extra rebates through my work I didn't know about. When we went in to do the loan paperwork, it was fast and the guy didn't pressure us at all to buy extra stuff we didn't want. Thank you Brandon and team, I love my new mustang.

poor sales

The new and used are all mixed up and no sales person out on lot to help you car .com and the dealership website show a truck but you go and it not on the lot

Outstanding Dealership!

This makes our 5th new car purchase with D and D Ford and I'm sure it won't be the last! Every time we have had excellent customer service and in and out very quickly. Definitely a great car buying experience! Highly recommended from sales to finance and out the door!
