Car purchase

Absolutely wonderful, first dealership I have ever been to in my 50years that didn?t try to force a sale. They actually let me shop, answered all my questions, drive the car I was interested in, and let me take my time.

Fantastic

I had been looking for a used car with certain key factors for months, and drove by D&D. Was interested in a couple different models, and Randy was a huge help from start to finish!

Service and valet service

Very helpful and addressed issue. Had to have car longer additional part needed; I don?t know if there was a way to look for needing extra part as part of diagnosis process.

friendly and great service

bought a 2022 ford bronco sport and the sale staff team are great and if u want a good deal and friendly service you need to go here and if u need accessories for your vehicle check out D& D customs while u are there

Genuine, Family-Friendly Dealership

I cannot say enough great things about D&D Motors! We found ourselves in one of those very stressful situations you pray will never happen: my car died and we suddenly needed a new car, and fast! With two little ones in tow, my husband and I were treated with great care and respect by all the employees at D&D, especially Dannie. D&D has such a family-friendly, genuine atmosphere. They helped us find the right car for our family and truly had our best intentions in mind while we walked through the entire buying process. Our children enjoyed playing in their children?s room, too, as well as the delicious crackers they offered! We felt so cared for every step of the way, and it made us want to give them our business. We thank God for D&D and hope to purchase future cars with them, too!

You suck

Have a recall on my airbags and something to do with my brake system called in April set up an appointment for May they called me in May and told me it be just a few weeks because they couldn’t receive the parts here it is the end of September and I still haven’t got no call back

Excellent Sales Advisory from Mr. Casanova.

We bought our second car with D&D the past December. The customer service provided by Mr. Harrison Casanova, was more than excellent, (His professionalism, advisory, attitude and guidance) received from him; makes one still a loyalty customer of D&D. We recommend D&D and of course Mr. Casanova.

Worst service department everything Dustin guyton will cheat and lie to u to try and take advantage of a situation I would advise everyone STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE especially the service department!!!

Tony, It is our goal that every customer leaves satisfied so we are disappointed to that you did not. Your wife approved the work and we performed it for her as requested. This is a process that is performed by multiple departments in this dealer daily. There is no way that we can anticipate that she wanted the work to the vehicle done but you did not.
