Fast and not furious

Easy to make an appointment. No problem when I arrived early. A bit pricey for an oil change, but still better than my European car.

Best customer service and care I have ever experienced

I could never ask for better customer care, dedication and kindness as I have gotten here! I would highly recommend Planet Nissan!! John Fotie is an angel and literally has given me a new life with a safe and great vehicle. I am recently disabled and partly blind due to a brain tumor and now I have a vehicle that has the safety features to give me independence and the ability to get out and live life again. I can never repay Planet Nissan for what they did for me.

maintenance

my car battery was giving me problems and starting the car was a problem. my car had a lot of things to fix which cost 1.300.00 that I didnt mind but when my car was ready. the keys were put up in the front with the cashier by Jared but I was never told they were their and I was in the waiting room it wasn't until 2 hours later when I went to ask someone if my car was raedy that I found out my keys were sitting there for 2 hours. they have to have a better way of communicating with the customers when their keys are up front....we do have other things to do beside sit in the car dealership all day. I was there from 7:00 am to 3;30 . I could of been gone 2 hours sooner if there was better communication.

Oil change

The service on the car was quick and customer service was very professional. Again people will not hesitate taking their vehicle to the dealer for service as long as their is trust and pricing is fair and competitive. Please note a dealer can be so much more than selling new and used vehicles.

General Maintenance

Heath is a great rep. He is efficient and keeps me updated. He also took care of the recall that I had forgotten about. I always feel safe and secure when exiting the lot. Thanks to all who work on my vehicle.

Had a very good experience with the oil change on my Juke. Heath is the best! My car was done in the timeframe of his estimate and he is always professional and nice.

Service advisors are the BEST there is in this field.!!

I have been a customer since 2006 & Planet Nissan service advisors & customer service are the BEST in this industry. My service advisor is Jarred M. & he takes care of my concerns everytime I go there for my service. He explains to me what needs to be done to my car & how I can save money..I had known JOSE MORALES since 2006 & honestly he is the friendliest person I had known. Now is October 2019 but believe you me...he still remembers my name...saying "how are you Mrs. Kaname"..? I love knowing that I am NOT ONLY A NUMBER for Planet Nissan but a person who loves being friends to the employees here. Thanks so much Planet Nissan for keeping employees like JOSE M., JARRED M..Last but not the least...my BIG THANKS for TERRON LANE who was so kind enough to explain to me how my KEY FOB works when it shows a message that Low Battery is needed to be replaced...LOVE YOU ALL GUYS...

Battery Exchange

The staff was very helpful as soon as I pulled up. Andrew Brack took care of my problem and was sure to have it fixed to the best of his ability. He also informed me about the product to make sure I knew everything that was going on.
