Great Service

We had a very good experience with entire staff at Auto Nation Ford. Our salesman Tom Sawyer explained all of the electronic features of our Ford Fusion Hybrid. He spent an extra amount of time with us on these features because both my wife and I are novice on the workings of the electronic operations on this vehicle. The finance department head was very knowledgeable on every aspect of everything pertaining to the vehicle warranties. He stayed with us an extra amount of time describing all of the different warranties and the price.We just went back to the dealer to have some warranty service done and was completely satisfied with the service department. So far we are very pleased with our vehicle.

Great Car, Great People!

I came in already knowing what I wanted. When I got on the lot, Jen was the first person to approach me. She was very nice, and helpful. Everyone there took the time to make me feel comfortable. The entire buying process took some time, but I had a particular car that I wanted. They were able to find me the one that I wanted, with all the options that I wanted. I left the dealership very satisfied, and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new car. Fair prices, good people, and great selection.

Darrell Evans is a fantastic dealer representative. He spent over 2 hours with me the first day explaining all the available options for my new 2015 F150. He kept in contact during the 7 weeks it took to order, build and deliver my new vehicle. This was the best experience I have had with any car company. I have already passed his name to my AAA insurance agent who said her husband was in the market for a truck. I can't think of any reason not to buy another car from Darrell Evans.

Great Sales Team

My wife was searching for a Certified Pre-Owned Mustang GT. She was a little particular about color and options package so we looked around for a couple of weeks. I visited one of our local Ford dealers who wanted to sell me a new Mustang. We just couldn't get to a deal. I told my wife to keep looking online, less than 24hrs later I drove off the Auto Nation Tustin Ford lot with the car she had been searching for. Very pleasant experience, no hassles, no pressure.

Great service

I went in for an oil change without an appointment. They were very friendly and took me right away. They did a great job and even washed my car. It took about 45 minutes which is great without an appointment. I will definitely be back.
