I recently purchased a 2023 Nissan Ariya from Auto Nation

I recently purchased a 2023 Nissan Ariya from Auto Nation Ford Tustin and have been extremely disappointed with the overall quality and customer service. Upon receiving the car day after, I immediately noticed that the rear parcel shelf was poorly made. It appears to be handcrafted from wood, with staples used to seal it—an unacceptable standard for a vehicle at this price point. Not only does this look unprofessional, but I also ended up getting a scratch from one of the exposed staples. I reached out to Auto Nation Ford Tustin for a replacement with an OEM rear parcel shelf, but to date, I have received no update or resolution on the issue. To make matters worse, I also discovered missing parts in the back of the trunk, which only added to my frustration. For a car of this caliber, the quality control and customer support should be much better. I expected more from Nissan, and this experience has been disappointing to say the least. If you’re considering buy from Auto Nation Ford Tustin, be aware that you may face similar issues

Good, clean location.

Good, clean location.service representative was very professional, knew the product and communicated well. Mark also kept me informed as the repairs progressed. He also was very helpful in working with my warranty company.

The sales of dealership is good but the service area

The sales of dealership is good but the service area needs to communicate more. Service advisors are helpful but when not available have to work with others. Had a very horrible issue with one specific advisor. That advisor needs to go.
