Great dealership, Great car, and DENNIS!

Dennis was amazing. We found a car that we were looking for (during the national shortage of cars, high demand) and the price was actually fair! We were treated with dignity and respect, and even making a friendly, family type connection with him sharing photos of his dad on his family farm. I have already recommended the dealer and Dennis to my friends and family and we will be back when it's time for our kids to get their cars. Thank you a bunch Dennis for a great experience!

Bad experience

The finance manager really is a flim flam man. On a car with 130.000 miles. My car is 13 years old. The finance manager added Polysteel which my care does not qualify. The manager added the package for over 1000 dollars. I went back and asked about it. The finance manage told me. "You signed it, tough $%&^ .

2018 Camry

Very quick, no pressure to buy, informative knowledgeable sales rep. Felt like family the moment i walked through the door. Quick response time and attentive to my needs. Second car from Country Hill, won’t be the last. Thanks Rob, Kris and Dennis

Dealer not someone to stand behind their sale

Bought a mustang saleen back in December and thought we’re a good dealer. Never met in person live several states away stored car in KC until spring. When car arrived had motor issues and missing exhaust parts. Also missing items like original radial that was identified in their selling info. Contacted dealer to discuss and left message never received call back and was hung up on by sales person saying is my issue. Car has been in shop currently for over a month needed new exhaust,had vacuumed leak needed tuning and tune up,hood did not latch list goes on. My thoughts buyer be warned they sound sincere and helpful but once they have their money they do not care. Do not stand behind their product. I would give zero stars if able but had to leave one.

Great Place to Get a Used Car

I bought a car here in June and had a very good experience! It had a little problem but was still covered under factory warranty so it didn’t cost anything. No fault of Countryhill. I got the factory warranty too and their service department has been great! Car is great and I would definitely recommend them!

False advertising

They advertise they will beat this dealer or that dealer but gave the lowest value offer out of five quotes I got for my vehicle. They refused to match or beat anyone they claimed they would. Even when shown quotes from those dealers to prove it. False advertising is not a great strategy for business. I you're looking to sell or just getting quotes save your time.

Mr. and Mrs. Young

Anthony was wonderful! Friendly and easygoing. Answered all of our questions. Did not pressure us in any way. Made the whole process easy. Will go back for our next car.

Shout out to Rob and company at Country Hill!

Rob Zuel helped us find the right car for the right price with NO hassle! (I was looking for a specific trim level of Kia Soul). We drove down from Iowa, and were in and out of there in record time. The car is wonderful and Rob is a jewel to work with!

I did a test drive. Enjoyable experience! I don't qualify for the financing but appreciated their help. The woman who helped me was kind and knowledgeable.
