Not helpful at all with post-sale issues.

I enjoy my car that I purchased from them, and I really do not want to write a bad review, but I have had an issue trying to contact them in terms of cancelling my protective plan since we bought the car. We called to see if we could cancel the plan just a couple of days after we bought the car and we were told that yes we were able to cancel the plan we would just have to come up and sign some paperwork. However, when we went to sign the paperwork we were told that they had already processed it after the phone call we made and that there was actually nothing to sign and the refund would be issued within 6-8 weeks. We waited and I have made several calls to the protective plan agency only to have them tell me that the car's plan has not been cancelled through the dealership and to contact them again. Over the past 6 months I have called both the protective plan agency and the dealership to hear the same thing from the agency and NOTHING from the dealership. I understand that things get busy, but I felt as if the dealership just dropped my issue and did not bother to return any of my calls. Finally the agency let me cancel it without going through the dealership after they say from their notes that for 6 months I have been trying to get it canceled. I am just disappointed that I have not be able to get any help at all from the dealership on this matter.

Even though I was late for my service appointment they

Even though I was late for my service appointment they were still able to take my car and even finished in less time than their estimated time. Never has that happened for a service anywhere before! Everyone was very nice.
