Jackie Waters and Alex Thompson are OUTSTANDING! They made the sale, the delivery, and the EXPERIENCE TRULY EXCEPTIONAL. I would like them to be considered for a higher position at BMW NA National; however, that would leave BMW of Columbus at a loss.
