Mr. Thomas Wright was my salesman for the BMW X3m40i that

Mr. Thomas Wright was my salesman for the BMW X3m40i that was just purchased. I started working with Thomas early in 2022 when I planned on purchasing a BMWX4. Unfortunately, I hurt my back, so a new car was delayed. None-the-less, Thomas and I kept in touch, where I eventually got my sights on getting a new X3. Overall, my experiences with Thomas were, and continue to be, exceptional. He was very patient with my, often very slow, decisions about every fine detail of my X3 build. In the end, I trusted his style and the car came out looking perfect. When working with Thomas it felt more of a family-oriented process. He would often text me on his days off to give me advice on the BMW and would never hesitate to answer my questions. In the end my wife and I were debating whether to go with a BMW X3 or Volvo XC60. Thomas’, knowledge, and assistance really pushed me to getting another BMW. I plan on getting another BMW in a few years, once the hybrid versions have better technology. That car will also be purchased through Thomas at BMW Columbus. If for some reason, Thomas transfers to a different BMW location (note: he never ever mentioned he was leaving) then it looks like my wife and I will have to take a road trip to get our new BMW, as we valve his opinions and sales demeanor. We wish him all the best.

Took wife’s 2020 X5 in for final 3 year maintenance

Took wife’s 2020 X5 in for final 3 year maintenance service. Called on 12/19/22 , appointment scheduled for 12/20/22. Vehicle service warning alert stated service due 12/22. Advised by Service Advisor coverage ended on 12/13/22. Which was 3 years from when the vehicle was purchased. I was advised that this agreement is offered by BMW through a third party and there was NOTHING they could do. 😂 Everyone schedules their services based on the information provided by the vehicle service reminder, which stated service due on 12/2022 (not a specific day of the month)- Seems like you need to remember what day of the month you purchase a “new car”. All of this over a “Brake Flush” which was the only service needed and being a “week” late. So sad that this is what customer service has become.

This was a great experience from the start.

This was a great experience from the start. My Advisor, Logan, was excellent. Loaner vehicle was ready when I arrived. And Service was performed in timely manner. I will definitely continue to use their services.

A wonderful experience from the beginning to the end! Stan, my salesman, was courteous, informative, and applied no-pressure. They converted a Mercedes family into a BMW family! If you are searching for a BMW definitely visit BMW of Columbus.

I went in with my vehicle having a rough start up .

I went in with my vehicle having a rough start up . I was advised about a update to my vehicle program by Zack the service advisor. It not only resolved the start up issue but where the radio wasn’t displaying the songs and I had been told by two BMW genious and the customer service dept that it wouldn’t display. They were wrong and the program Zack suggested I need ed corrected both issues . I called to personally thank him and he was awesome.
