Amazing experience.

I am a leaser of Ford and have been loyal of the Ford and Lincoln brand. I have had other cars as well such as Jeep, Mini, & Chevy over the years as well. Ford makes beautiful machines with probably the best technology out there amongst its competitors. Safety features and a lot of tech are now standard features which is really a best foot forward for Ford in my easy. Let's face it we all really do not think about worst care scenario until it happens. I prefer to be proactive rather than reactive, personally. I always make sure that I get something fast, safe, and love technology. Maplecrest has 2 locations in NJ and besides a very friendly staff (Frank (Sales), David (Operations Manager), and Maria (Finance) are all amazing and always get me in and out and provide me the exact vehicle that I request at the price I negotiated, no surprises. I have a lot of patience for most things in life but haggling is not one of them. I make it clear that I want what I want and I do not want any surprises. They never let me down and are on point 100% of the time. Obviously sometimes things happen beyond the dealerships control like issues from the factory which happens from time to time with any manufacturer and their service department rocks as well. I apologize for not knowing their names but honestly I rarely ever have an issue and the car is in and out. So far the cars all leased from the 2 Maplecrest dealerships 2005 Lincoln MKX limited, 2008 Lincoln MKX Limited, 2011 Ford Edge Sport, 2015 Ford Edge Sport, & 2019 Ford Edge ST. I send everyone I know there and they all couldn't be happier with their decision.

Great experience!

Olivia DeMattio made turning in our leased Explorer for a new Explorer a simple, painless process. She found rebates that ended up saving us about $60 per month compared with our old lease. From an initial casual inquiry it took about a week to get a great deal and drive off in a new Explorer in the color I wanted. I never imagined it could be such a pleasant, low pressure experience. Highly recommend!

One of a kind experience

When I first began the search for a new car, I had very little idea of what I was looking for or what I needed. Emma was able to use her vast industry knowledge and apply it to my situation and narrow down the search until we found the perfect fit! She was very friendly and informed about their products and services which made the whole experience painless and enjoyable. Very smooth transaction despite being 2.5hrs away.

My wife and I bought a Ford CPO from Maplecrest Ford of Mendham and were extremely happy with the process. Despite being 2.5hrs away and in another state, we were able to work out the details of payment, and delivery prior to ever getting to the dealership. We arrived at our scheduled time, and were promptly greeted by Donna. After a quick inspection of the condition of the car, and a test drive, we were able to sign the paperwork and head off. Probably took no more than an hour total. My first contact at the dealership was with Donna and she stayed with us through the entire process to delivery. She was extremely prompt and responsive to e-mail, phone calls, and text, and was invaluable in directing me through the various hurdles to make the process of delivery so smooth. Donna told us that although she had been at the dealership for some time, this was the first vehicle she had delivered to customers ... it certainly didn't show as she was on top of every detail. We've bought a few cars over the years and this was by far our best experience. Even though it's a long drive to get there, when the time comes to replace our other vehicle my first call will be to Maplecrest Ford Bottom line: Fair price, great service, friendly staff; how can you go wrong.
