I recently leased an F150 Lightning from Maplecrest Ford of Mendham, and I have to say, it was a surprisingly positive experience. For the past 9 years, I've negotiated leases exclusively through online channels and have helped friends and family do the same. But on a whim, I decided to visit a local dealership in-person this time. My first observation was that this dealership does not have a large or expansive presence like most others in NJ; they emit more of a mom-and-pop shop vibe that prioritizes quality over volume. Here, I worked closely with James Skuraton, who I found to be a clearly seasoned professional with a wealth of knowledge about Ford vehicles. It was clear from the start that James wasn’t just trying to sell me a car—he was genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle for my needs. In the end, I’m quite happy with my first-ever truck, and I’m glad I stumbled upon James.
