We were in the market for a used car and figured we were going to settle on something we were OK with. We did our research and came a cross a couple of GREAT deals. We went to RC thinking things were too good to be true or were walking into a lions den...Both were completely wrong. We walked into a truly low to no pressure situation. We made an appointment with Barry. The car was better than expected...and we expected a lot. After the test drive we came in and was simply asked how it was. There was no pressures and made the process better than I've ever had. I highly recommend Barry and everyone at RC.

I just purchased a second Range Rover for my wife from RC Automotive. Being that I don't like to purchase new cars due to the depreciation hit, we decided to trade in our LR3 on a Range Rover at RC. Mike was our salesman and he did an amazing job. RC did numerous service jobs on the car, replaced an air spring on the front, and warrantied the second shock for one year. They even did a transmission service! All in all I am very impressed by the level of service this dealership offers. We shopped high and low for that Range Rover and are glad we went with RC Automotive and Mike!

I purchased a 2012 dodge challenger srt8 from RC back in September sight unseen and couldn't be happier. Jennifer was awesome and disclosed even the tinyest scratch on the wheel. Jumped on a plane to get my car but didn't arrive until after closing and guess what everyone that needed to be there to Finnish our deal was still there ten minutes of paperwork and I was on my way even with me having a different down payment amount. The car is awesome the next morning I drove it 15 hours back to AZ without a hitch. Now that I've gone over it with a fine toothed comb I believe I've seen new cars on lots in worse shape. Across the board RC Automotive is awesome. My wife and I have made two purchase's and they went the extra distance to see we got what we were searching for. Chris, Barry, Tony and Carl have always been helpful to such a degree I felt as though "This can't be real". If you ever want to deal with honest, respectable folks go to RC Automotive.

I saved all my pennies and started to look for a car. I watched the Internet, checked local dealers and drove to Utah Valley a few times to test drive cars from multiple dealers including a dealer where family worked. This went on for over 2 months, test driving FILTHY, abused used cars. I was getting frustrated and decided to check out a few cars that I had seen online in SLC. The last car was at RC Automotive! The sales man was like talking to a buddy. No pressure, supper nice and HONEST. It was weird to be dealt with honestly after having your relative, hours earlier, try to wheel and deal you. The car i test drove was SUPPER CLEAN! No broken parts or pealing off finishes. It looked great, a1000x's better than anything else I had seen at other dealerships and most of them cost more! I took the car home and the next day the check engine light came on. I called RC Automotive about the problem. They said they would take care of me and they did! Instead of having me drive 3 hours to their shop, they got me set up with the local Chevy shop and fixed everything for me. It was so nice to deal with people that have integrity and really care about their customers, no matter how little they have to spend. Thanks RC Automotive for a great experience!

I bought my Mercedes in 2005 with maybe 150 miles on it, assuming it was brand new I never took it to a mechanic to have it " checked out". I just recently, now in 2013, went to trade it in because it has so many mechanical issues. Much to my surprise, the carfax report came back stating the car had been in a major accident causing the airbags to deploy. The accident happened before i bought it. The car is worth much, much less because of this report. I would NEVER trust RC automotive again.
