I purchased a 2005 Nissan Maxima from these guys and the transmission went out on my way home!

If, you were ever under the impression you can't get five star service with a used car dealership, then RC Automotive will give you reason to pause. Every dealerships goal is to provide you with a positive buying experience and in my book, that begins with your sales agent. I, had been shopping high and low for a vehicle, done some serious research and created a list of different vehicles with specific criteria that would work for me. I, visited most every large and small dealership in SLC, Bountiful and Layton. My find, for the most part was, I knew more about the cars than the agents I was working with, until I met Chris "CJ" Sauric. He was one of the most honest, considerate, knowledgeable, experienced and motivated individuals I had dealt with. He knows cars! RC Automotive didn't have the type of car with the options I wanted so, "CJ", stayed on task night and day to find the right car for me. This was a long and grueling task for him, but he never once complained. I'm now the proud owner of a fabulous Hyundai Santa Fe, that more than meets my expectations in options and in price. Thank you "CJ"! His no pressure approach was refreshing, and his willingness to go the distance to take care of me, put RC Automotive right up there with Salt Lake City's best. I, was so pleased with the customer service received from "CJ", that I put him in charge of finding my mother a car. Once again, he proved himself to be at the top of his game. She, is now the proud owner of a new Subaru Forester. As for RC Automotive's service department, I can say their quality reputation doesn't stop at the sale of a vehicle. My mother had a light come on in her brand new car and she panicked, rightfully so. RC Automotive, without question or hesitation sent an employee to pick up my mother's car (30 minutes each away) leaving her with another car for transportation. They took care of the problem immediately, returned the car to my mother and assured her they were only a phone call away if, she were to need any further service. My mother and I, feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with some like "CJ"/RC Autmotive in what can be a very intimidating purchase for a woman in what some consider a man's world. They never made us feel like our questions weren't valid, no matter how small. "CJ", Tony, RC Automotive in general, treated us like family. RC Automotive's customer service is stellar!!! I highly recommend RC Automotive to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle and a truly positive buying experience.

We worked with Jennifer to find a car suitable for my wife. Having family and friends who have worked in the car business, I know something of the questionable techniques some sales people and dealers use. There were none of those with Jennifer. She was straightforward with us throughout the process. With Jennifer's help, we found a vehicle ideally suited for my wife at a very good price. It was a pleasure to work with her.

My family has been buying cars from RC for at least 20 years. Nobody has every had a problem with them. They are so great and bend over backwards to make you happy.

RC AUTOMOTIVE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THE VEHICLES THEY SELL. We drove over 400 miles to purchase a Porsche from this dealership. When asked if there was anything we needed to know about the car we were told that all their cars are checked out before they are sold. We purchased the car and in less than 5 hours of owning the car the check engine light came on. We were told it was an emissions issue than needed to be taken care of ($800+). When I called to talk to the owner of RC Auto the finance mngr said they did not make enough money off the deal and were not responsible for the repair. I understand it is used but it should have been able to be drive able - and have you heard of a used car dealer NOT making money?. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Bought a car out of state, sight unseen. Deal went smooth, helped me with shipping and was surprisingly happy with the condition of the vehicle. Thanks Guys

I purchased a used 2005 Nissan Altima from RC Automotive about 4 years ago. Initially when I purchased the vehicle I requested to see the carfax. The report they showed me was that of a clean title. However I recently went to go to another dealership to try and trade it in. Come to find out that just because they show you a clean title doesn't necessarily mean it has never been in an accident. They did not show me the detailed report. On the detailed report I would have seen that the vehicle had been in a minor accident and that they had painted the bumper. The frame had also been damaged. I guess dealerships don't have to disclose minor repairs done on vehicles and since the previous owners had not reported the accident, RC Automotive only fixed the repairs and legally they don't have disclose this information and it still appears on paper that it is a clean title. They are dishonest and I would not trust buying a vehicle from them. Needless to say I am now stuck with a vehicle that is upside down because I can not get as much return on my trade in as if it was a "True" clean title. It's now only worth up to half the originally trade in value. Buyers beware of RC automotive!!!!

Put a deal together on a BMW and bought a plane ticket to Salt Lake. They sold the car outfrom under me a day before I arrived! Non refundable ticket and no car! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS! What a racket!

I flew from home in Colorado to SLC because of an incredible price and awesome customer service at RC. The Xterra is everything we expected-in great shape and low miles...we did not test drive because we trusted the folks at RC. Just flew in, they got me at the SLC airport and I drove off with a big smile!Financing was a snap and the extended warrenty a great deal as well. Thanks RC!!

I shopped at a lot of dealerships to find my car. Few dealerships have the fantastic service that you will find at RC Automotive. They truly believe in a no hastle, no pressure environment and treat their customers with respect.
