Matt was Very helpful! He made me feel like a valued customer and was very diligent. The staff has always been nice and solved any issue I’ve had. I have nothing but a pleasant experience since I purchased my car almost a year ago.

2008 Ford Eacaoe

There has never been a kinder set of people or a faster set of individuals when it comes to getting repairs done. The buying process was actually fun with no pressure and wonderful people Matt and Trudy as well as Cleo have been amazing to work with.

Burns Ford Lancaster, SC

I had brought my car in to some service work and they gave me a loaner car which was a Ford Escape Hybrid. I really enjoyed the car and ended up buying one. I have really enjoyed the car. I have 22,000 miles on it and averaging 43mpg.

Wonderful Experience

I found an SUV online I wanted to come test drive. I set an appt. Brian reached out to me. I went to the dealership and everyone was very friendly. Brian was an awesome guy to work with. Drew took care of all my paperwork. They both made my experience with Burns amazing. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. I'm so happy with my SUV!
