Jamie, the service advisor, informed me that I needed to get a new battery. Instead of giving me the hard sell, he suggested that I contact the merchant... that installed the battery because I still could have a warranty. Sure enough I did have a warranty. I truly respect Jamie for his honesty and profesionalism in dealing with me.

Problem happened in shop with broken part on oil filter change. Burns Ford replaced the broken part (at no cost to me) and completed the oil and filter... and fuel filter change and had my F250 ready at the stated time. Great work, clean, timely and great customer service.
