Les Stumpf Ford

I went to Les Stumpf to look at the 2012 Ford Fusion. I did buy one the same day. Everyone I dealt with at Les Stumpf was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. They went over financing options, warranty options and made sure I was familiar with all the car's features. I never once felt pressured to buy anything I wasn't interested in. This made for a pleasureable and stress free buying experience. Professionals all the way.

Our salesman Tyler was awesome. I did feel alittle pushed into all the extra insurance buy ups, so after we got home and really looked at the cost of each we had to call back and cancel those, rates were way to high. I would buy again from Stumpf and will recommend friends

I absolutely love my used Lexus I purchased from Les Stumpf. They've been around for decades and really know how to treat a customer! The car was perfectly detailed, new brakes, new wipers, oil change etc etc to bring it as close to new as possible. They added a free 3 month warranty to help me feel confident. They gave me a very fair price on my trade-in. They hand held us through the entire process and followed through with everything they said they would...which was especially great because I drove 5 hours from out of state just to pick up this specific car. Tyler A. is a great salesperson who returned all emails and calls in a timely manner. Go to Stumpf Ford so you won't be disappointed.

The services that we received from Tyler Arteberry was very professional, polite and friendly. Tyler and the management were willing to work with us on price and made sure that we were getting what we wanted. He was very courteous when he called checking on what we thought and what we were going to do. Everyone at the dealership was very courteous. We returned from a test drive, we did not have to say anything and they let Tyler know that he had guest waiting. Which I felt was great customer service.
