Les Stumpf Ford

We have worked with several people at Les Stumpf Ford, most recently Ken Harder. All employees are friendly and very knowledgeable regarding the vehicles and their service is excellent. We own a F150 pickup, two Mustangs and we replaced our Explorer by recently ordering a new Escape and we are extremely happy with it. The gas mileage, comfortable ride and innovative functions including Sync and Sirius make it a great vehicle. We recommend this dealership to family and friends all the time.

The buying process was quick and easy. That is perfect for busy life that I lead. The saleman learned what I was looking for and found the vehicle within hours. Within a couple days the vehicle arrived at the dealership and I bought it.

Our sales consultant Tom Tillman is to be commended for his thoroughness in both the sales process and his explanation of the features of the Escape on the day of delivery. We had worked with Tom on one prior occasion and were not disappointed that we chose to work with him again - very professional.

I would not hesitate to buy another new car from Les Stumpf. Our salesman, Sean, went out of his way to be helpful, and to explain all of the features of the Fusion. He took the tme to explain everything about the Fusion. He sat in the car and went over all of the buttons and nobs and features of the carI was leary of having to drive 45 miles from my home to purchase a car, but it was well worth it.

I worked with Tom Tillman over the course of 6 months. He was very flexible and let us take our time deciding, with multiple test drives. Then when I was closing the deal there was no pressure to buy additional warranties. The overall experience was the best I have had to date. The only negative was a service fee that was put in at the end of the price negotiations.

Gary Cyr at Les Stumpf Ford was a great salesman to work with. Patient, kind, honest, and straight forward. Ford has an amazing product. We love our new Explorer.
