Mario helped us into a 2014 Lincoln MKZ. He listened very attentively and answered all of my questions promptly, giving me a sense that I was in good hands. He walked me through the financing like a pro! There was a few things that needed to be done before the car would be ready for pick up, and there ended up being a delay. Mario called me as soon as he was aware of the delay; sparing me the aggravation of driving all the way from Leominster for nothing! I only had the pleasure of working with Mario, but it appeared as though all of the sales people were very pleasant and happy to be there. That is a good sign of a great business! I will return to Bourne's Auto for my next car! Thank you Mario for all your help!!

I went to this dealership with an open mind. I wasnt really looking for anything specific, just something all wheel drive and realiable. I left there with a beautiful car and no headache. Everyone that works there is so friendly and they always have a smile on their faces. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

This was my first purchase at Bourne's and will NOT be my last. I have purchased maybe 10+ cars in my life and I must admit this purchase was without a doubt the easiest. I really love the low key and no pressure approach. I think other dealerships could benefit from Bourne's style. My sales person Kenny was a true professional, kind and courteous. I was somewhat shocked when I first stepped into the sales office at just how busy the place was! To me its that ole adage when going to a fine restaurant and its busy. Its busy for a reason and so was Bourne's. Now the proof is in the pudding when/if the vehicle needs servicing as to how they stand by the vehicle. I have no reason to believe they won't.

We brought our trade in vehicle and purchased our new truck, and we were in and out in only a few hours driving off the lot with our new truck! Great place to shop for a used car. Trevon has good product knowledge and trades are easy. This is the only dealer with good prices and fantastic customer service

I have purchased a vehicle at Bourne's last week. I came all the way from NYC to purchase a nice vehicle they had in stock. I am glad I did, as the staff were all very nice, the dealership was well organized, clean and with great people working for them.
