Easy Process

Easy buying process, took a test drive on a 'Sunday on, and Monday I was signing papers. Both Sean and Mario were very helpful, and made the whole thing enjoyable. On top of which I got a great car at a good price.

Buying Car

I would like to say it was excellent unti after I got home and realized that my loan rate was not what I would have received if I went to AAA. I think they should let all car buyers aware of this.....

No pressure

I had a great experience buying my car from Bourne's Auto Center. After shopping at over 10 dealerships looking for the right car for me, I felt discouraged and frustrated. I felt judged because of my less than perfect credit by some and lied to by others. The man at Bourne's who sold me my car, Mario, was totally different. I never felt pressured into a sale nor was I talked down because of my credit. I decided on a car and drove home in it that night. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

1st time buyer

This dealership was recommended buy a coworker who had recently purchased a SUV from here. Being a female I was a slite bit intimated in being a 1st time buyer. Mario made my experience painless! Not was he only friendly and helpful,he was honest. Great job Mario! !!

Easy buying experience

I purchased a 2012 Honda Accord from Bourne's in December 2014. I had been shopping/looking for about a month prior to the purchase. I was looking online at all the local Honda dealers and even a few independent dealers. The advertised pricing at all of the dealers was thousands of dollars higher than the advertised prices at Bourne's and while I do know that the dealers would negotiate (Bourne's does not), I didn't really feel like dealing with that. I dealt with Alyssa at the dealership and she showed my the 3 cars that I had identified prior to arriving via their website. I took each of the cars out for about a 10-15 minute solo test drive. Alyssa provided me with carfax and maintenance info for all 3 vehicles. I did enquire about lowering the price (since it was late December...end of year deal I thought) to no avail. I did not press particularly hard on this though, not sure if they would have budged from their policy regardless. I had my own financing prior to arriving at the dealership through my credit union. They did ask if they could try to beat it and did in fact beat it by a half % point. I ended up going with Bourne's source since I cared more about the rate than who carried the loan. Paperwork was seamless. Extended warranty was offered at that point but I declined (They weren't super pushy on this). Final thoughts. I had read reviews of Bourne's prior to going there. Most were positive and some were negative. I personally liked the whole experience. I knew what I wanted going in (Late model, below 20K miles, Honda Accord) and I had an idea of what the price should be. I did not require a lot of interaction with the sales team to explain differences in models or options etc. Bourne's had many cars that fit the bill for inventory. I didn't need a 'sales' person but more of a "facilitator". I got what I needed on all accounts. I would highly recommend.

friendly amazing personal staff

Shawn was very good and kept me in the loop the whole time with everything happening with my vehicle. Carlos was great explaining everything with the financing in detail and a king sure I understood it all. I give them all an A+

Job well done

I was very satisfied with the service I received while I was shopping at Bourne's auto service. Mario listened to what I wanted and helped me find the car I was looking for, and he also helped me with the price I was willing to pay. Such an EXCELLENT experience...

This was my first time buying a car so as you can imagine I had many questions and concerns. Mario Lee was the dealer I worked with and he did a fantastic job. He was very helpful when it came to any questions or thoughts that I had. You typically go to a dealership and they put a lot of pressure on you saying demanding phrases like "you should definitely buy this car.." or "this car is the best out there, I know you will be back to buy it." I did not feel this way at all about this dealership. Mario is a very laid back person, who is very easy and pleasant to work with. When I first looked at my car it needed a few improvements here and there, Mario ensured me that everything would be taken care of before he would let the car leave the lot. When I returned back to buy the car, it was in excellent condition and everything I had asked him to fix, he did! I am also a very picky person and will not settle for less than nothing, he ensured me that the car is great and that I have finally found my dream car! Carlos Machado who works in the finance department also did a wonderful job! Again being a first time buyer, this can be a stressful situation. He answered all my questions and solved all of my concerns that I had. He made the process quick and easy with no hassle. He explained everything in a very professional and understandable way, and also made my experience positive! I will be sure to recommend people that are looking for a used car to this dealership and will highly recommend for them to work with Mario and Carlos. Also, the receptionist (sorry I forget her name) was very helpful when it came to answering questions or transferring phone calls, very friendly!
