The sales and finance team were amazing!
One night, after several days of searching, a friend recommended Bourne's Auto Center. I searched their site and found the car I was almost certain to buy. However, I could not get there before closing. Andy shared that if I was that confident, then he recommended that I place a small fully refundable deposit to ensure that the car would be offered to me before anyone could buy. I proceeded and made an appointment for the next morning. When I arrived, I was shortly introduced to Alyssa, who was waiting for me. The snow was cleared off and was ready for a test drive. I was sold on the car immediately. When I returned, Alyssa answered all my questions and supported me through the whole process of the sale and return of my rental car. I had glitch with my insurance and couldn't drive away so Alyssa arranged for me to borrow one of their cars. Needless to say, I love my car and am completely satisfied with the service at Bourne Auto Center!

Ford Fusion
Bourne's redefined the car-buying process for me - very happy and satisfied customer. Alyssa was very pleasant and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Carlos was also very helpful in making sure I understood all the details and warranties that came with the purchase. Nothing ever felt forced or shady in dealing with anyone at Bourne. I'll be back for my next car when the time comes and would recommend them to anyone!

Very good experience
I had a good experience purchasing my vehicle at Bourne's auto center. Alyssa, who was the point of contact for me, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She gave me all the needed information in order to make my decision. The process of finalizing the deal was also easy and simple. I believe I dealt with Andy to close the deal. Good experience over all.

Responsive and good follow-through
They made it an easy, stress-free test drive and buying process. Any questions or open issues were addressed in a timely manner. No question I would by from Bourne again.

Not so happy customer
This is the second time i bought a car from Bourne and it will be the last one. First time(3 years ago) i had a great experience and I've got a nice car at a good price and also received a fair price on my trade-in. This time(2 months ago) the experience was the exact opposite. Even though I was a returning customer nobody seemed to really care. The car had scratches all over and nobody wanted to hear about it, the price that the finance manager offer for my trade-in was exactly half of what the market value was and exactly half of the price they listed it only a week after. As soon as i signed the papers it turned out that there is no second key for the car I got; no mats and no car antenna also. They told me to come back 2 days later to have the key made. I'm expecting if their website stands that they'll provide you with two sets of keys for the car, the keys to be ready at the time of the purchase. When i was signing the papers I've noticed that the monthly payment is $60/month higher than what I've previously calculated and when I asked why, the answer was "those are the numbers". As it turned out they signed me up for bunch a different "programs" I never wanted plus an extended warranty which I didn't need as the car still has 2 years left from the factory warranty. This is not exactly the No Hassle buying process I was expecting based on my previous experience. Last time for me!

Great Experience!
Let's just say the places we dealt with before coming to Bourne's were less than ideal. From searching their large inventory online to visiting the dealership in person and speaking with them, Bourne's is second to none. They truly are professionals, not pushy at all, and make the car buying process painless. My wife and I liked a vehicle in their inventory so we sent an email expressing our interest. Within an hour we had received a response (not 15 of them from salesmen competing with each other and trying to upsell us on the new model as so many dealerships had done to us). The car was clean and right in front when we arrived at the dealership. They even give you the carfax on the vehicle without even asking for it. Needless to say we purchased the vehicle at a really great rate, are happy with it and will be working with them when it comes time to replace our other vehicle. I highly recommend getting your car through Bourne's!

Great, easy-going dealership!
The whole experience was easy and worry free. There was no pressure and no hassle to buy the car. We never felt like we had to worry if we getting scammed. Instead, this dealership sets low prices and sticks to them. They make up for it on their end by high volume. Everybody wins.

Great Place!
Outstanding service by our salesman Jake! He was very professional, patient and knowledgeable! Jake was extremely helpful with our million questions, easy to get a hold of and always answered our emails promptly! Thank you to the car runners, Andy and Cam, they always had a smile on their faces even with all the cars we asked them to get for us to test drive!
