Great customer service

The staff is very friendly and super helpful. I was a first time buyer and they made everything really easy. Awesome environment, will be a returning customer for sure. I am very happy with the jeep I purchased

Great Dealership - Accommodating and Easy to Work With

I had a couple of issues while I was looking to buy a used car and Dan, Mike and Andrew took care of each problem without hesitation. The first bump I encountered we a couple of body issues on the bumpers of the car I wanted to buy. Dan was able to have Mike take a look, and within minutes he agreed to have both bumpers completely repainted - free of charge. Andrew was great to work with when going through the different finance options available. Dan was excellent, easily the best car salesman I have worked with. Low pressure, understanding of my wish list and concerns. And to top it all off, when there was an issue with my registration, Dan was able to get me a rental car for the weekend (free of charge) while they ironed out the issue and had my car shining and ready to pick up on-time as promised. Highly recommend these guys!

Two cars in 6 weeks

We bought our first SRX at the end of June. Within four days of owning it, it was totaled by someone who had lost their brakes. We called Dan right away and he began looking for something similar. We are happy to say that we were able to buy another SRX within 6 weeks of buying the first one. Everyone that we dealt with was professional and polite. We have already recommended Bourne to our friends because of our great experience.

Best Car-Buying Experience EVER

Positve Experience

I recently bought a used car and it was a very positive experience for me. This was always my husband's expertise, but with him not being well it was now my job to find the right car for our needs. Great Overall Experience

I was in the market to replace my older SUV so I decided to look around at dealerships for a new/newer vehicle. I called and stopped by a few places and ran into "hard" sell tactics including phone stalking and refusing to give out much info because "I might shop the price"... I spoke with a friend at work and they recommended Bourne's. I worked with Seng and in my opinion it was a great overall experience. I stopped in one day without enough time to really go through the process, Seng took care of looking through inventory and let me take a car for a spin without any pressure to buy. I wound up coming back a few days later and again I was treated to an excellent, low key experience without any overt salesmanship going on... Seng helped me find and test a few cars until I found what I was looking for. I checked kbb and all the vehicles I tested were priced on the lowered end of the fair price spectrum. Throughout the entire process Seng was upfront with information, friendly, and professional, I would give him my highest recommendation. When we finished finding the car Seng handed the paperwork over to Andy who I also believe to be top notch. Andy made the process so simple and fast that I almost couldn't believe how easy it was. After the paperwork was complete the guys in the shop took over and did a full safety inspection and servicing on the car and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I would give the entire crew and business strategy at Bourne's an A+. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

Positive experience

Although we need to wait in order to see if our car is really in so good conditions (it seems to be!), after one week we can say that buying a used car from Bourne's auto was a positive experience. Jake Nevens is very professional. We come from a foreign country and we were happy to find somebody able to answer to all our questions and to help us wrt some administrative issues. The customer service was satisfactory.

Excellent customer service and follow up

I bought a used car at Bournes a few weeks ago. I saw it online and pictures were exactly as the car was (no fancy angles or distracting showroom background). I worked with Jake Nevens who was very professional, friendly, was able to answer all questions etc. He took me through the entire process. The customer service was top notch and made the purchase very easy: I traded in an older vehicle and received a fair price, I received a courtesy car while my new vehicle was prepared, during a final inspection they noted a small leak in one of the fluidic systems, which they repaired immediately , they also performed an oil change, they did the RMV registration on-site and faxed the paperwork to my insurance. The car only came with one key, so they enquired with the previous owner, received two additional keys and sent them to me. Lastly, I needed a privacy screen for the back (it is an estate), so they went ahead and ordered the missing part in the right color and everything. Really honest and fantastic customer service. If they sell a car you want, go and buy it there.

Only Dealership to Buy a Used Car

I submitted a survey last year when I purchased my first car from Bourne's but am compelled to single out this dealership as a complete full service and first class company. I recently purchased my second car from David Pair who is always helpful and thorough. There is clearly a team effort approach and they do care about the customer and ensuring you are completely satisfied throughout the process including when you drive away which is unlike some dealerships who only care about the sale. In addition to David, Seng Pell, Shawn Saunders and Carlos Machado from Finance made this a tremendous experience. Our family is thrilled with the car and I can say freely that this is the only dealership where I will purchase cars in the future.
