The dealership has alot of nice vehicles. Service and sales was decent, but the steps to finish the insurance, registration,cleaning/prep of the vehicle was average. Had to get gas in our new vehicle to get home. Found french fries in the console. Spend more time on Qaulity instead of volumn please. More indepth vehicle analiysis, we've found several problems in the 1st ride. I fix vehicles for a living, so I'm more critical than most.

Best car buying experience ever No pressure sales Kevy was our salesperson and was wonderful He was knowledgeable helpful and friendly Our finance person was Shawn and he was awesome Again no pressure very informative Both men made sure I got the car of my dreams and drove home with it same day!!! They stayed after hours to help us

Updating my review as I am less than pleased. Within 2 hours of driving the new vehicle several lights came on. Apparently there was a broken wheel bearing. The oil had also not been changed. A sensor needed replacing. Brought the car in, the bearing was Replaced and oil was changed. I was told there was no record of the oil being changed before the purchase. I believe that was supposed to done with the safety check before the sale. Leads me to believe there may not have been a safety check done. I was told I would get a call to bring the car back when the intake air temp sensor came in for replacement. I have not gotten a call. I traded in a 2015 Kia Optima and was told by finance I was due a check from My warranty and to call if I didn’t receive. Which I have not. I have Emailed, email was all I could be given by someone via your chat on website, also left a voicemail and no one has contacted me back.
Disappointed, dealership delivered car with key component
Disappointed, dealership delivered car with key component now working on steering wheel and windshield wipers were to big, thus scratching car. Told dealership this car was going cross country and needed everything right. Did not deliver. Very disappointed

I felt very comfortable with their program of no hassle
I felt very comfortable with their program of no hassle prices. The salesman Jose was great, knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt pressure to buy anything. They even provided snacks while waiting for the next auto I wanted to try. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. And…. I got a real good car!
