Patrick Subaru

I recently purchased a new Subaru at Patrick and I was also considering an AWD (used) Lexus at a nearby Lexus dealership in Northborugh. The Customer service at Patrick is outstanding and I highly recommend them. My experience was better than Lexus.

I had a lot of car buying anxiety from past unpleasant experiences. I experienced NONE of that unpleasantness at Patrick Subaru. The entire experience from start to finish was quick and easy. My salesman John was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I will recommend Patrick Subaru to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Folks - My wife and I went to Patrick Subaru solely because of the all the overwhelmingly positive feedback commentary on the internet. Please read the reviews - it is so important. None of us has the time to sufficiently research every detail about cars, dealers, shops, mechanics, auctions, pre-owned, warranties, etc. Though I can tell you that the reviews are honest, real, and very heartfelt. The testimonials are genuine because we know how we feel when we are respected, and treated courteously, professionally, and like we are important. The employees of this dealership are all great people - from the folks answering the phones to the owner who emailed me thanking us for choosing his establishment for business. I would urge you to shop them first! You will be so impressed and you will not waste time in spin cycle at other locations. See John Watt if possible. He will take good care of you. We went to Patrick Subaru, having researched the exact model we wanted, including options. We also searched the internet for reviews of dealerships. The buying experience was smooth and quick, Patrick Subaru had the Forester model we wanted, with the desired options. We took delivery the day after our visit and test drive. Most of us look at the car buying experience as stressful, particularly parting with a large sum of money. I have purchased four Subaru's from Patrick Subaru, all from Joe Dineen. Joe knows his Subaru's. He was great to work with and does a thorough explanation of all the vehicles features. I never felt rushed or pressured and he does a great job of letting you know he's there to help the customer. Price is very competitive and their trade-in prices were aggressive. My advice if you are ready to own a Subaru, GO SEE JOE!

My wife and I chose our new subaru on-line and printed out exactly what we wanted. Brought the paper to Bob Lacrosse and he ordered the car for us and we took delivery 2 months later. A very pleasant, painless experience. No sales pressure. This is the 12th car we've bought from Patrick's and it's the best one yet (although i did like the Brat when I first got it many years ago)..Mike Katz then took us through the features of our latest Outback and he did a awesome job in explaining everything..all in all, Patrick's is our favorite place to buy and then to service our cars..

Nate was awesome! Very knowledgeable about everything Subaru and very helpful. He made sure the vehicle would meet my needs and expectations and explained everything perfectly. It was an excellent first car buying experience!

Until dealers cease to exist and we can all go down to the Amazon lot to try things out before 1 click buying a car, these guys are easy and painless. Negotiated a price with the web team, went in for the reserve, and later when the car came in, the purchase. Everything was on the up and up, no shady dealer dishonesty. Nice people, nice time. I recommend you go here rather than other places - we had some very specific requests and they were all met with a helpful attitude. Great price, great selection, and great people.

We shopped around several Subaru dealers in the Worcester/Natick area. Patrick was by far the easiest to deal with, best service, and lowest price. Way to go Patrick!!!
