STAY AWAY FROM WEST COAST TOYOTA, LONG BEACH!!! I was working with Stephany Contreras and she never returned my calls or replied to my emails. I guess her boss, Linh Le doesn't encourage her employees to communicate with customers. I tried even chatting on their site and the representative said she would forward my message. 3 days later nothing. Not a word from anyone at the dealership I don't know what kind of "business" they're doing but they also wouldn't share the dealer invoice for the vehicle I was interested in. If you want a dealership that talks with you, don't go to West Coast Toyota, Long Beach.

Best experience at a dealership ever. I always hated going to the dealership to get a new car. Always felt pressured and not really heard on what it is I wanted or get a payment I could work with. Look and ask for JOE or RALPH C. They are the best sales rep I’ve ever dealt with. Honest and help you as best they can to meet your budget and monthly payment. Ask for JOE or Ralph and you won’t be disappointed. I doubt you will not be happy with what he can work with and do for you. You will probably want to come back soon just for the heck it and buy another car it will. I know I will be coming back on my next car hunt 😁 Again ask JOE and RALPH C. And thank you 3000 😃 Uriel U.

FIVE STARS FOR SALESMANZERO STARS FOR MANAGER Long...

FIVE STARS FOR SALESMAN ZERO STARS FOR MANAGER Long story but it's been a tough year for everyone so let go directly to the final part that was bothersome to my wife and I. After a several weeks interacting with this dealership and the wonderful and patient sales gentleman we finally agreed on an OTD price for a 2021 Prius XLE. Prior to signing my wife and I were considering stepping up to the Prius limited (extra $4k). In truth the limited had many nice additional features but there was really only TWO features we cared about. Were those two features worth $4k to us ? I suggested to my wife that we go home and talk about the possible upgrade to the limited model. The manager told us he would NOT honor the offer the following day even if they still had the car. Hummmmm....what would corporate Toyota think about that statement. I'm in my late 60s and have been a lifelong Toyota owner. My wife is Japanese American. We have friends and family that work or have worked for Toyota for many years and some have currently relocated with Toyota to Texas. They love Toyota and I know they would be embarrassed. Our friends and family that work for Toyota have unofficially titled me "Best (non paid) Toyota Salesman". A title I am very proud of. In closing, great cars, one of the best salesman (mike) but disappointed in management.

I researched what I wanted. West Coast Toyota had it. Called to reserve for me. Had check in hand to finalize deal. Signed paperwork and go.

I went looking for "silver" and I found "Gold"

I initially found a 2017 Tacoma that might fit my needs online. I visited the dealer and the truck was a gem, the only thing it didn't have that I was looking for was the long bed (6'). Megan Lacroix helped showed me the 2017 model, and it was NICE, but asked what my needs and wants were, and said she'd look into it. Low and behold, they got a new shipment of 2021 vehicles in, and they had a 4 door model with the six foot bed! They held it for me to see it, and it was a perfect match for my needs. The sales people were fast, and Megan was a dream to work with. I met the dealership's manager and he was nice too! I'm now a proud owner of a new Toyota Tacoma SR5 4-door with the long bed, and couldn't be happier.

lemon

sold me a car paid 13,000 cash and 6 weeks later its at the Nissan dealer because it************* NEEDS A NEW TRANSMISSION,************* buyer beware their crooked. read everything before you sign. they will deliberately rip you off.
