OUTSTANDING
I haven't ever written a review before but I was so impressed with my service that I just had to. The service rep, Crystal, was SUPER and service was quick. Every customer was out of there in no time which was extremely surprising for a Saturday. I probably shouldn't say this but I was 5 hours early but Crystal took me anyway and squeezed me right on it AND with a smile! If you don't go to Bob Richards, you are wasting your time. Oh, did I mention the courtesy car wash I got?

Great Service Experience
Service experience was excellent! I have a 2011 Tundra with 84,000 miles. I called on Tuesday for an appointment to take of a warranty problem that Toyota was paying for. They gave me my requested appointment for Friday. I was leaving for a trip Friday afternoon and needed the truck fixed. They said it would be done. I dropped the truck late Thursday afternoon. Friday morning Carl called at 10AM to say it was ready. It was a 4-5 hour job: turns out they started it right after I dropped it. Extremely happy with the whole experience!

Definitely love service department. My experience during buying my truck was not that great. I did not have a great experience when purchasing my truck. However, my normal service rep, Crystal, is fantastic always.

Excellent Service for a First Time Buyer
Being a first time buyer, I was very nervous about car shopping in general; I did not want to feel like I got “over on”. My experience was nothing short of excellent. Kelvin Neal, my salesperson, was very patient with me and was able to answer all of my questions that I had. He made sure that he focused his attention on me and my wants through the whole process. He also made sure that we found the perfect car for me within my set budget. The finance manager, Byron Duvernay, made sure I understood everything every step of the way and that I was comfortable throughout the whole process as this was a big purchase for me. He was very patient and dilligrnt in working with various banks to find the right fit for me. Would definitely recommend to anyone buying/leasing a car. I will surely be back myself!

Satisfied Customer
Went in for our new car to be detailed the next day after a late night purchase and it only took about 1 hour to get it looking great. Was a proud new owner driving off the lot. The staff made sure I was comfortable while waiting and had snacks, coffee and popped fresh popcorn for all the customers waiting.

Purchase a used Tacoma to replace a total loss vehicle
Joey Huber was great sales person to work with. He is very knowledgeable about vehicles I looked at. He really went out of his way and did everything he could to make my experience great with Bob Richard's Toyota. Andy Lee was also a great person to do business with. he really made it happen on the price I needed. I feel I have two new good friends now. Thanks.
