Desiree Grayson is excellent as a service representative. She is professional and can explain what is needed. More importantly, she is honest and does not try to "upsell" (recommend expensive unnecessary repairs). Trust is earned and she has earned mine. Also, Crystal Grice appears to be of the same character, although she helped with only one small item.

Straight forward and personable. The service was above and beyond. I was well taken care of and everyone was kind and friendly. Kelvin was awesome and I’d happily recommend working with him.
